This place has horrible customer service. They don’t know how to communicate with you. I called set up a for someone to come out on Wednesday between 4-7p I waited till 630 and call them , they told me my tech wasn’t coming out Bc he was n an accident. Then had the service changed to Thursday from 5-8 again waited till 630p called and was told yea we got someone coming out. Just wait for a call. So 8pm no calls from them I called them and was told 8pm all techs are done working . Seriously how can u run a fn business like that .

Thank you Garden Heating and Cooling for saving us the agony of a cold night by repairing our furnace the same day we called you after it broke down. My mum has been praising you to her friends to the extent that one of them is planning to get a new water heater and installation from you.

John was an excellent technician. He was very professional. When a mechanical part needed to be replaced, he explained what the part did and why it should be replaced. I liked that he didn't try to upsell me with some other new system like some folks. Would highly recommend their services.
