With my electric bills pretty high, I looked at getting an ac tune up and Ideal Temp had some good reviews and I see why. They were able to get me in same day and from first call to completion employees were patient and polite. Caleb took the time to check everything out and write down recommendations. Upon completion he walked me through each option and the cost, without pushing me towards a specific option. He left his business card for when I reach a decision. Absolute best experience I could have imagined (actually it was better because who imagines such a positive experience when your heat is out in the middle of winter). Communication was stellar, Morgan called ahead and arrived on time. He checked out the system, explained everything, answered all my questions, gave me all possible options and made recommendations.
