This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Called and was able to speak with a very friendly receptionist/scheduler and they were able to get someone out the same day! I’m sure I annoyed him with my insistence of understanding the pros and cons of each but he was patient with me and thorough with their explanation. Communication: Kate communicated during each step of the process from following-up with the quote, quote acceptance, equipment availability, scheduling, pre-install, and post-install. Install: I personally did not meet the tech(s) who installed my system but I would like to buy him/her/them a beer. My HVAC room is not the biggest, they were careful in removing the old system which resulted in no dents/dings in the walls. The ducting they replaced was 100x’s better than what was there before and would make Willis Carrier proud. They made sure to level the outside unit using gravitational technology that not all techs are proficient at. 10/10 would use them again and recommend Balance Point to the Dalai Lama himself.
The day I called about my furnace not working someone was at my house within two hours. The technician diagnosed the problem and I received repair or replacement options that night. No hard sell. The next day they installed a new furnace, and got my humidifier working and replaced hoses( no extra charge). Everyone was so nice and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Balance Point is absolutely the best! First time we called was in May, and they worked us in that day, likewise Tuesday when our heater went out. Diagnosed the problem quickly, unfortunately ours is a mobile home so parts aren't usually in stock. To our surprise both times they had them by the next day and were up and running. Will always be calling Balance Point with our heating & cooling business.
