Mechanical Contractor reviews in Kansas City, Missouri

Our HOA used Vaughan to remove an unused 2" City water meter before we had our private streets repaved. Tommy Vaughan scheduled an appointment in just a few days, was prompt and delivered a bid where several other requests for bid didn't. His guys were efficient, courteous, and explained things well. Vaughan coordinated everything with the City Permits department and the Water Department. It was all wrapped up quickly, with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds with the dig. Highly recommend them.

Was in line behind a man, probably in his early-to-mid thirties, wearing a Lippert Mechanical uniform, at a gas station about a week ago, and he was on the phone with someone and using EXTREMELY offensive, racist, derogatory language. I was absolutely appalled, and frankly couldn’t believe someone in a uniform would be this blatantly, non-chalantly profane. If this is the corporate culture there, businesses should steer clear of using their services.

Great mechanical service contractor. If someone has an HVAC problem these are the people to fix it.

Too busy to take me on as a customer, unable to give another recommendation, unable to provide any service. Do not waste your time.

The scheduling and sales team were able to get my repairs scheduled much sooner than I anticipated given the heavy demand. Joseph was fabulous! He arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and helpful. He let me tag along and explained my system and the repairs necessary. I would recommend the Wichita team for future repairs! Thank you Joseph and the US Engineering team!
