I called and couldnt get serviced right away like I hoped but he was kind enough to give me several things to try DIY and hopefully will get it taken care of!

Tried to bill us even though they said they couldn't fix it. Also tried to charge us the wrong hours. The manager was also rude on the phone when we tried to talk it through and kept cutting me off.

Office manager most unhelpful. Let me know up front that they didnt want our business. I explained my situation to him that it was an urgent matter involving a refrigerator and food. He quickly insisted that he wanted no part of my Basket Case problem. When I asked to speak to the owner he advised me that he is in charge and speaking to the owner wasnt necessary. I have the whole conversation recorded on my cell phone and I hope the owner of the company reaches out. You know a person doesn't mind being told no thank you but there's a right way and a wrong way to do it. And I feel that he used the rudest way possible to convey his point. At the end of a phone call he finally shifted his stance 2 saying they didn't have time to accommodate us right now which is what he should have said in the first place and left it at that. I think of myself as a fairly nice person and normally do not go out of my way to write a negative review on somebody. But this guy really rubbed me the wrong way.

I own BCS Repairs and had an emergency at one of our restaurant's. The grill would not stay hot. I called the emergency number and Food Equipment Repair was at the location within the hour! Fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate! I give this company a 10! I highly recommend them! They will be the only company I use in this area!

Used these guys on a commercial dishwasher issue at one of our satellite facilities. Did a great job resolved quickly and within budget. Just called them for a commercial freezer refrigeration issue and the operator was friendly and professional. These guys have worked really well for our facilities needs. They are now our go to guys for any of our commercial kitchen device issues.
