I had a gutter issue which water was flowing from the roof to behind the gutters damaging the wood behind the gutters. While other companies unnecessarily quoted me to replace the whole gutter and downspout system, The Window Man/The Gutter Crew analyzed the situation and provided a truthful and honest solution to the problem, adding flashing from the roof to the gutters. The owner came to do the repair work himself, cleaned the roof and everything was left clean. Thank you so much for your honesty and great service!

From start to finish Wyatt handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. The technician, Wyatt who came to clean our inwindows at City Coffee & Creperie was incredibly friendly, respectful and clearly took pride in his work. I used this maid service to clean my sister's house that is disable..house had been neglected for years. Communication could use some improvement. Home office in Omaha takes their calls after hours. Did receive a call back after posting a review. They deserve kudos for going into a really dirty house and making it so much better.

The cleaning was awesome. We have been using the service for years. However, Giovanni was unresponsive when questioned about price.They charged $120 more for the same service without reason. When I asked Giovanni why the service was more he said he'd "talk to the girls" and get back with me. That was June 9th, 2023. He has not responded to voice messages or text. There is no reason to treat a loyal customer this way. His behavior is extremely unprofessional.
