I just love Alex! He is so thorough in explaining exactly how the treatment works during the different seasons. He walks every square inch of our property and takes notice of problem areas and let's me know how he is going to treat them on each visit. He also listens to my concerns and addresses them very well. Thank you Alex!

All the technicians arrived as scheduled and did the appropriate services. Took care of my weed problem. Answered questions when I had some. Always left a report when service was completed.

The treatment program is helping my lawn to stay practically weed free.

Contacted trugreen for help with my mole problem. They said they can help by treating for them. I hired them and paid annually.
Of course this was a lie and the don't help with moles nor do they treat for them.
So, I didn't renew!
Today, I get a collection notice. Next week they'll get my small claim lawsuit!

The individual who put down the fertilizer dumped excess on my lawn when he couldn't get his spreader into his van. I watched him kick at the fertilizer, but didn't clean it up. I have called them twice, and emailed them once with no response. The grass has now died under that spot. I will not be using them again.

Have been 4 years prepaid through TruGreen. Customer Service is absolutely garbage! Spent 2+ hours talking to 6 different people, lost call 3 times, didn't accomplish what was asked. Charged me for services I did not approve or pre-pay. To call and close the services was brutally difficult. Loyalty $30 credit never applied...30 bucks is 30 bucks! In the end they auto charged me for services without my approval which I had made clear. Convoluted system that in opinion is not rocket science.

Glad I will do my own lawn applications now for 1/3 the price.

Very Disappointed TruGreen!!

The service specialist Alex Wadlington, seemed very knowledgeable about my yard d issues about the type of different grass that may be affecting my yard! He seemed focused on doing a good job and took the time to address my yard concerns!

Seams like all the guys I’ve dealt with, were very knowledgeable of what they were supposed to do. And their product, and equipment.

A great responsive and effective weed treatment company. I've used them for the past 8 years.

Keisean was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained my service and listened to my concerns. Hrs an asset to TruGreen.

We requested a verdict. They guy was here for 7 minutes. He just went around edge of the lawn. We have it record on our ring camera. We called and they said they'd come back out. Never did. They tried to charge us for it. (Hundreds of dollars) We refused, eventually they stopped sending us a bill. Suddenly, 2 had later they sent us this bill. Claim new owners. Said they'd look into it. Never did. We quit their service. So check your ring cameras to make sure you're getting what you paid for.

Service was great. Good applications and follow ups to make sure expectations were met.y lawn improved this season

True Green came out and aerated and seeded. Robert L. Was informative to let me know what steps to take to get my lawn looking like a beautiful green carpet.

I was looking forward to meeting with the technician during my very first service appointment. However he didn't ring the doorbell when he arrived. I only caught up with him when he was about to leave. Very disappointed.

So far I love the service. Very happy!!
David P just came by and took care of us again as we went over the lawn and service so far! Picked up additional treatment so once again really happy with the service

Service technician was very polite, and conscientious regarding the current rain. He waited until the rain had calmed down and then made the application so that it would be the most effective. He did explain previously that rain would not affect it, however we were having a downpour at the moment. He did complete the job quickly as soon as the rain stopped, which is just a moment or two. I appreciate both the communication and the effort he took to do the best possible job.

Performed the service quickly and efficiently. Appreciate they were able to come back within 2 days of requesting the service.

The TrueGreen staff was great in letting us know he was at house so we could make sure he could access all of the yard. He did exactly what was listed as needed. Our yard is doing really well because of Truegreen. Today was pest control and the specialist asked us if we had any specific insect issues in yard or house. He was very accommodating.

We found Robert Lowrance treating our neighbors yard. He took the time to stop and go through the treatment program with us. He gave us a bid on the spot. We were able to sign the contract and he did the first application right then. After 12 hours we can already see the weeds starting to die. Robert was great to work with.
