I couldn't to more happy with CME and their team. I first contacted James and he made it a point to be prompt on getting out to assess my sewer issues. His team Aaron, LeeAron, and Steven were out ASAP to get me back and flushing again. With a very reasonable cost, plus, no damage done to my yard!! Highly reccomend!

James was the kind of person there isn't enough of anymore. He didn't sell me, he assessed my situation and offered options that ultimately saved me a lot of money. Someone who isn't just looking to make a buck, rather looking to help is rare and it's much appreciated.

James Partee of CME came out scoped my line from the house going to the city found multiple sections of the pipe with roots … asked what was the charge and he told me it was free … very professional and gave an honest assessment of my situation with the roots minor for now but can become major if not fixed

Do not hire.
Their guys spilled a portion of a five gallon water bucket on my floor & didn’t clean it, air it out, shop vac it up and now I get to pull up my entire floor and replace due to the damage. They offered a laughable $500.
That’s how I get to spend my time. They also deficated in my toilet and didn’t flush. Outside of the house of a mess. Sloppy work.
No respect for my home. Very upsetting.

I'm glad I chose to have CME do trenchless repair to the aging drain pipes under my beautiful KCMO home built in the early 1960s. Really didn't want to dig up the entire basement to replace the old pipes. James was a very credible person with whom to initially talk through the process. And we could not have asked for a more professional, hardworking and respectful team to be in our house for 3 days. Thanks Aaron, Chris and Tyler for getting us out of a bad situation and into a better one.

The CME team arrived on time, the workers were all very courteous, and they left the worksite cleaner than when they started. Our cast iron pipe was over 60 years old and we learned that until the pipe's scale has been removed, the camera doesn't reveal the condition of the pipe. They did a video before and after the process which revealed what an incredible job they had done.

We highly recommend the CME team and we're grateful to not need to worry about our sewer system anymore!

We had a major residential corroded cast iron issue under our foundation. Without digging up finished flooring and tile the CME team was able to line over 76 feet of underground sewer lines and totally rectify our problems. The team was knowledgeable, timely, and professional. Can't say enough about this company!

While I can not say if CME is the best sewer repair company out there, what I do know is that they are a courteous, professional and knowledgeable team that can take care of whatever your sewer repair needs are.
The whole team is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction from your first call and throughout the repair process and even after the work has been completed for any follow up question.
I can't say that CME is the best because I would need to compare CME to other companies and I will not be calling anyone other than the CME team.

James is great! He came out and ran a camera through the mainline, explaining everything every step of the way. He thoroughly went over all my options. Very informative, kind, and an honest businessman. I would definitely recommend him again and again!

Honestly, can’t say enough good things about the CME team. I am not the person to typically write reviews after a job but these guys earned it! Every person I talked to from their team was very professional and I truly felt they were here to help me. From the start of the job, James was a great communicator. As issues or updates came in, he clearly talked me through my options and worked miracles on my sewer line. I called a lot of sewer repair companies about repairing my sewer pipes via a liner, they were the clear winner of my job. CME’s expertise was unbeatable! If you need help on your sewer line, they should be your first call!

I was very impressed with James from CME. He came out and ran a camera through my main sewer line, located the problem area and advised on options to proceed. He was very honest and straightforward. I enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend CME to anyone needing sewer line repairs.

Five stars to this amazing company! I had been told by multiple companies who just wanted to over price and under deliver, especially to an older woman. The first assessment with James was very clear and concise, and was not priced as high as I had been quoted by multiple other companies. The crew arrived on time, did their job and what an amazing feeling to know this ongoing issue is being resolved just as it was quoted. It’s hard to trust anyone these days, so I am flabbergasted that there is actually a company out there that does what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it and exactly how they said they were going to do it. If there were six stars, I would give it. James came out in the biding process of a big sewer lining job on my house. I mistakenly went with another plumber. But his professionalism made him stand out. When the project fell apart, I called him back and even though it was the dead of winter, James came through big time. After 8 months of fighting to get my sewer work completed with someone else, James had it fixed and fixed right in two weeks.

Top notch professional. His crew were great - they explained everything patiently (as I came by on lunch breaks to quiz on how it was going). Really fantastic results and a sewer line that will now outlast me and probably my children.
