After talking to a well-known name and getting a bid for $15,000 for them to dig up my yard, I decided to check with other companies. That is when I came across HK Solutions Group, aka CME Sewer Repair out of Lee's Summit, MO. I am so glad I found them. James from CME ran a camera down the sewer line and found that the blockage was from tree roots. He was able to clean out the roots and explained that if I did not get the drain fixed, I would soon have the same blockage problem. I saw the roots with my own eyes while he was running the camera. After cleaning out the roots, we scheduled a day for a crew to come out and install a liner into the pipes. (I did some reading in the meantime and discovered that a liner is very efficient and costs so much less than $15,000.) The crew that was led by Aaron was awesome. They were punctual, friendly and attacked the job right from the beginning. They had to put in some new PVC piping in my basement with a cleanout access as well. (The well-known company wanted to put the cleanout access in my front yard after digging it up.) I was able to see video of the new liner as well. About 30 foot was needed. Your job might be different than what I needed, but if it is a major job, (i.e. more than unplugging a toilet), you should call CME. They are a really great group of people. By the way, I saved $9,000 by using CME compared to what the well-known company wanted to charge me. True story. Bill
