Great company very prompt 👍. They was here late afternoon because of our health they didn't want us to be without air-conditioning.
They got the new system and worked till 8:30 that evening to get the new system in and running.

The crew at Flashpoint come out and installed a heat and air system in my new house that had never had it before. They were fast given the circumstances. And being the middle of winter. They were very polite and courteous and made sure to give it their all to make my family comfortable!! Will only call Flashpoint from here on out.

I had some trouble with AC unit.Called Flashpoint and talked to Thomas.He came over that day and worked on it till he got it fixed.Quick and efficient.The n came the best part.The faulty part was under warranty. No charge. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest hardworking HVAC technician.

Thomas quoted us a great price for a great unit. He not only installed the new unit and took away the old, but made sure it was exactly what our family needed. He’s checked in with us to ensure everything is working properly. If we ever have heating and air needs again, we will use them. Highly recommend!

After years of having other companies working on my central air unit only to spend thousands of dollars on false diagnosis I called Flash Point they were very professional they told me the REAL issue and had it fixed within three days and its still going strong. I have been in contact with several HVAC companies around Branson but none of them compare to
Flash Point they were honest affordable and very courteous. I appreciate everything they did for me, they are awesome! If I ever have an issue with my HVAC system again I will be calling Flash Point they are the best ! 😊

My thermostat turned off and had no power this no AC. Thomas quickly found my problem and was able to explain where the problem was coming from and why it was happening. On top of that he went above and beyond and didn’t charge me to flush the condensate line and showed me how I can do that with a shop vac fairly easily. Excellent communication and service, I highly recommend Flashpoint Heating and Air!

Murphy's Law that our AC unit stopped working on the hottest Saturday of the month. Flashpoint was referred to us and what a great referral. Thomas came out but was unable to repair our unit. He then presented us with various options and associated prices. We made our decision, and Thomas & Zack returned Sunday morning to install our unit! It took just a few hours to complete the job and get cool air circulating through our home. They are very professional, respectful of your property, and answer all your questions during the installation process. We highly recommend Thomas and his company Flashpoint to anyone in need of repair, new projects and/or replacement of an air & heating unit. You will not be disappointed.
