The thing I loved about Robert was how honest he was from the initial interaction I had with him. I had some water damage around my foundation of my house, which I addressed by extending the downspouts and grading soil away from the home. I had countless mold remediation companies come out to inspect my crawlspace, informing me I needed to to x,y,z and was going to cost me thousands of dollars. Robert simply recommended we dry out the area in the crawlspace, install a vapor barrier and therefore no mold would continue to grow. This has been effective so far. His team did a great job installing a vapor barrier. I loved how easy it was to communicate with him and he answered any questions or concerns I had. Definitely recommend!

Robert went out of his way to give me advice on keeping my crawl space dry and did not try to pressure me into buying anything. If I ever have a need, he will be the first one I give my business to!

I came home after a weekend out with family to find my house with ankle deep water. I called Kwik Dry and within 2 minutes was on the phone with a live person and within 5 minutes. I got a call from the owner himself Robert Mitchell. It was late at night and he still sent his guys out to diagnose the leak cap off the pipe and extract the water. I thought my house was ruined they assured me everything would be o.k. They set up equipment To properly dry out my entire house within 5 days. I Only had to pay my deductible. They dealt with my insurance company from beginning to end. In my moment of distress they really set my mind at ease. Theron and Keeton We're very professional and showed up in a timely fashion. Due to heavy rains, we had rain in our basement. After calling another company, I decided to call KwikDry. They went above and beyond from dispatch to their technicians. Within the time I called, we had someone in our basement looking at our situation within an hour. Janelle was incredible on taking down the details when I first called and super friendly. Jeanie called after that and helped get techs to our door and communicated the whole process. Robert Jr. and Keaton were both professional and were honest and gained our trust immediately. They didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need and were honest with what we had going on and what we needed to take place. KwikDry will now have repeat customers for life!

Calling Kwik Dry was a mistake I deeply regret -- something I did when a water pipe broke, flooding two rooms. They dried the water quite well, and the workers were very courteous (though they did take my undamaged baseboards without my permission, with management later saying they had "disposed" of them). Kwik Dry management was a BIG disappointment. Their bill (which I was foolish enough to pay) was MUCH too high -- much higher than the amount for which insurance would fairly compensate me (and I researched this issue on my own). Their estimate for build-back was over three times higher than other estimates I received from reputable sources -- significantly more than three times what I eventually paid for an outstanding job. I have worked in this field doing similar work, but I would warn others about this company.
