I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dales Roofing, specifically Jason R. I called them due to having a leaking roof, anticipating they would show up, telling me I needed a new one installed. Jason showed up, looked over my entire roof, explained in detail why I didn't need a new one, and found a rubber boot that had likely caused my leak. Jason was very respectful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely call them again when anything happens relating to a leak or needing a new roof. This kind of honesty and service is hard to find!

Jesse arrived a bit early, which is always a plus in our book. He identified our issue immediately and fixed it to the best of his ability. We have a squirrel issue and a tile roof, and we knew we could have problems. Jesse blocked all the access he could find to keep us rodent free for as long as possible. When we need a new (non-tile) roof - probably sooner as opposed to later, we won’t hesitate to contact Dale’s Roofing.

Brandon Gill is awesome! He cleared our gutters and sent some pics of a few places on the roof that might need repair. He is friendly and professional, and we were delighted with his service!

Kendall and Jacob did a great job! They took out an old chimney and replaced a power vent, as well as fix a leak around another old chimney. They were professional and friendly. Kendall was very helpful, informative, and patient when there was confusion about the estimate & repairs to be done. I highly recommend Kendall & Jacob.

Dale's Roofing did an excellent job on a full roof replacement, the crew that did the work did a great job of keeping the worksite clear while the worked, and after job was done they did a final clean up with magnet to get nails a distant of about 15 feet from house. Had used tarps around house to get most of the nails. I had a issue about the flashing around the chimney, but after going to Dale's Roofing I spoke to David who assigned Greg Bowers and Jerry Webb. Greg also did the final inspection on the roof and only found one nail and he caulked it did final inspection for yard.
Very professional guys and did a incredible job on the flashing replacement.

Brandon Gill was very professional and prompt. He got right on the nail pops and resealed the raised shingles. He then inspected the entire roof to look for any other problems.

I called Dale's roofing to replace my roof and gutters because of their known reputation and longevity of a company. I appreciated how Kirby was attentive and great to deal with. There was some issues with the roofing and gutters initially, with further inspection, Dale's sent out Brandon Gill and Joe Sexton to repair any issues that was found with the roof and with gutters. They both were so polite , attentive and did an amazing Job, I appreciate everything that Dale's roofing did to make sure that everything was corrected and that I was satisfied.

Great to work with from quote to completion. We had roof and gutters done. Guys came out early on a Monday morning for the roof. They didn't finish in one day as expected, and of course storms were rolling in that night and the next day. They tarped over and Kirby spent much time on our roof and in our attic the next day, adjusting the tarp as necessary to ensure no leaks. Amazing. Gutters were done in one day. Then afterward, there were a couple small adjustments we wanted - re-paint flashing and redo a downspout. Brandon came out and worked on it. He did not leave until he was positive we were satisfied.

Brandon Gill came out and performed a maintenance check on our roof and gutters. He installed some gutter hangers and made sure everything looked good. We are very pleased with the service from Dale’s.

We had an amazing experience with Dale's Roofing from the very beginning quote through the financing process (because insurance wouldn't cover due to age), to color choices (we were even given addresses to check out colors in real life), to delivery of the shingles, installation day and installers, final inspection and follow up calls. Each and every person we interacted with was very professional and personable and happy to answer every question we had. I would highly recommend!

Had to have chimney tuckpointed at roof. Also flashing around chimney needed replacing. Dale's did an excellent job, cleaned up after and kept their vehicles on the driveway. They did not tear up our yard with their trucks and trailers. They are awesome.

We just had our roof done today. Robert and his team were awesome. They were extra careful and paid attention to detail when prepping to protect the items in our yard. I think my yard was actually cleaner after they left. My biggest concern was nails in the yard and they did a great job.
