I hired Trugreen lawn for my front yard. Would not recommend their service. A couple weeks ago they did the reseeding..I had spots with no seed, and other areas where it looked like they had dumped a look of seed..
I ended up having to hire someone to tear up weeds, reseed and put down straw..
my yard look better before they started.

The TruGreen technician took the time to discuss precautions to protect my newly seeded lawn. I felt like we were working towards a common goal.

We had a great experience with Matthew Vanwinkle our Scrub and tree expert. Our experiences have been very good with True Green since signing on with them after the beginning of the year

The service was quick, on schedule, and the gentleman who performed the service was polite and answered all of my questions. So far, so good.

The technician, Mr. Ronald Hawks, has serviced my lawn for years now. He is such a professional...answers my concerns and represents TruGreen in the best possible way!

They came quickly after I called. Did a great job clearing my driveway.. highly recommend. I'm going to check out their lawn service. Due to the fact they are detailed on the job. Highly recommend. Their price was very reasonable.

After prepaying for our second year, we had our account charged for current service. Several phone reps were totally non supportive. It was finally credited back to us.

1.75 years into service a tech came without a spreader and could not complete the service. A promise to reschedule was made but not fulfilled. When I contacted them about the missed application, the conversations from that point were riddled with a promise to ‘re-apply’. When the tech came he declined the application because it would burn the lawn.

I had to pull weeds weekly for over a year. I get that our sowing new grass in areas of our lawn mandated caution, but products are available that are safe.

We called several times and finally recognized that the lawn was going to continue to decline if we continued service. They just refused to apply any product. First two pics are at time we cancelled service, third in ten days after I applied a half of recommended dose of weed and feed. Huge change!!

Love the garden center! Nice plants.

Love looking around and envisioning what home projects I'll embark on, open space with thousands of options, and gardening!
