From start to finish, Compass Electrical Solutions was very professional and helpful every step of the way! We are very happy with all of the repairs that were made to our home. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and instead of just completing the job, he took the time to explain why things were not currently working correctly which made it easier as the home owner to make quick decisions. He was very detailed oriented with his repairs and even took the time to clean the areas in which he worked with a vacuum. Dylan was a pleasure to have and it made these owner's of an old home motivated to have future repairs completed! We could not be more satisfied.

I had a great experience with Compass. They were able to service my house on short notice while I was having problems delivering adequate power from my furnace to my thermostat…not great in the winter! Their tech Grant was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the spliced cable, and got me up and running again quickly after a bit of patch work and reconnections. Hoping not to have electrical issues often, but Compass will get my business if so!

Matt Gabler supported us on a complex issue we were having with a piece of equipment. His 43 years of experience was very evident during this process. Awsome service. Very professional and clearly an expert with surround sound and TV audio visual and low voltage systems integration. Knows more about Sonos than Sonos does. Unlike previous providers, he didn't have to figure it out, he already knew what to do from experiece!

Unbelievable response time from Compass. My power went down and Jarrad was there within an hour and the team at Compass had already had Ameren dispatched by the time Jarrad arrived to diagnose the problem. The whole team was fantastic, responsive, and solved the issue on the same day. Great company!!!

Had flickering and dimming lights. Had another electrician look at the previous week and I was told cheap LED lights were my problem and I should invest in their annual service program.
Spoke with Christine to schedule services as issues were getting worse. After I told her all of what was going on she told me it’s best to contact Ameren first. She even called them for me plus followed up with Ameren once they did not make it out within 24 hrs. Problem was on Ameren’s side.
You just can’t beat honesty!!! I have not used their services yet but will do so in the beginning of the year. Compass with Christine will have a lifelong customer.

Compass provided excellent service for us. Richard came and installed several new outlets for us and also replaced multiple bathroom fans. The work he performed was high quality and looks great, and he did it very efficiently. Compass will be our go to electrician for our home in the future.
