Zack and Chris were both great to work with. Our cabin is at Canyon Ferry and they were willing to make the drive and replaced all the bathroom plumbing since of a 70+ year old structure. They did great work, communicated well, and were efficient with their time. We’d used them again!

Action Plumbing is AMAZING. The front office was the kindest of all the plumbing companies I called, and the plumber who came out could not have done a better job. He knew right what to do, they are super honest and really cared about getting it fixed correctly. I haven’t read other reviews but if there are any less than 5 stars, I would take with a grain of salt. I will refer Action Plumbing to anyone who will listen. Thank you guys!

Made an appointment 10:30 on Tuesday for Wednesday afternoon at 4pm, got several confirmation texts on tuesday and Wednesday. They never showed up. Called their office at 4:30 and nobody answered. At 4:45 someone called and said they forgot about me but was stuck at a job so they couldn't come. Scheduled for 4pm on Thursday and told me they would call if something changed. Again nobody showed up, 4:30 I called the office again and just got sent to voicemail.

Update: There was apparently a miss communication with the job. The did end up coming over to check it out, and then came by the following week to fix it. They did an amazing job and had fantastic service. They are more of a commercial plumber rather then house calls FYI

The quality of service is poor. They installed a shower and it doesn't look professional as there are gaps around the shower pipe, they didn't seal around the wall they replaced and were suppose to check for and repair all leaks but had to come back for a leak in a major line, they also missed a leak at a cut off valve they used and didn't connect the hot and cold lines to the correct faucet knobs. I do not recommend this company. When asked about repairing the cut off valve leak they missed they wanted to charge more money for this.

We had an emergency plumbing issues, and Action Plumbing was so quick to fit us in and fix the pump. Zach was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about the issue. We will keep their contact info handy in case of other plumbing issues that arise. Highly recommend!

Steve and Derrick were both super friendly and professional. They came to assess my situation when my pipe froze in the subzero temps. They gave honest advice ... even though it costed them hundreds of dollars (I just waited for them to thaw on their own). Was impressed by the honesty! They returned when the toilet didn’t work after the pipe thawed... and didn’t even charge me for unclogging the rust from the toilets water supply. I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing emergency. Honesty and great customer service earned them a loyal customer here!

I cannot say enough good things about Action Plumbing. His guys are super punctual and professional. Even talking to Zach and others on the phone they were very professional. If you can give these guys business, do it. They wont' disappoint.

Zach and his crew were very responsive and efficient with our bathroom remodel in a 1950s cabin. They came out faster than expected being a distance away, so we could continue with the project in a timely manner. The expense was worth it to know the job was done right.

Kind and knowledgeable plumbers. They fixed tubing from a leak, replaced parts and made under our sink look great — all on the day before Thanksgiving! Much appreciated. Highly recommend!

My furnace just stopped working this morning, called Talon right away and the technicians (a journeyman and apprentice) were here in early afternoon. Gladly nothing major was wrong. They vacuumed and cleaned it, made sure the lines weren't clogged and the flame indicated it was using gas efficiently. Both of these men were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you Talon for your professionalism.

Called about my water heater going out and they had people over to check within a couple hours and started getting it replaced before the end of the day! Very nice and personable work crew and office people. Definitely will call them for all my plumbing and heater needs in the future!

Donato and Zach did a wonderful job on my toilet install. They were honest about prices and went out of their way to ensure that everything went well. Definitely will use them again.

Had Talon come out for a plumbing problem and would highly recommend. I’ve lived in Great Falls for years and honestly they’re the best local contractor I’ve dealt with. Donato showed up fast, knew exactly what he was doing, and took the time to actually explain things to me. Very professional. Will definitely be calling them again.

Service was very good, Donato and Max were very helpful and knowledgeable. They suggested a new toilet which will be very helpful in the long run. They finished the job in a short amount of time and explained things that I questioned. Both gentlemen were nice and polite. Job well done!

They examined and explained everything they were noticing, knew in depth about the hardware they could see, and made it all make sense. Of course it is Friday and the water heater figured it would go BAD!!! Leaking all over the basement. Called these guys and they had a tech that was available. Early afternoon. Great water heater, professionally installed and a professional Bradford White. Made my weekend with hot water. All plumbing was perfect and Ron and Chris did the perfect job. Kudos for the team for a perfect job well done.

The owner came out and did a locate to map the drain pipes under my basement concrete foundation. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated to the point of full obstruction. 2 other plumbers that quoted this project prior did not offer this locate service. Also, the project quote was 30% less than the other 2 quotes. The owner was personable, honest and even recommended putting in additional drain connections in the wall should we ever need to bypass other remaining cast iron pipes below the foundation. Kelly from the office was great at scheduling and communicated consistently regarding scheduling and billing updates. Kelly was always aware of what was going on and was always available when calling and texting. Dan and Ron spent 3 days working this project as planned and did an outstanding job, communicated consistently and were organized, on time and kept the work area clean. Every one I interacted with at this company was professional, personable and customer service oriented. The cost was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will only use them in the future.

The best plumbing and HVAC company in town! Kelly is always friendly and all the technicians that come out are kind, helpful, and respectful of the home they are working in. Couldn't recommend them enough.
