I called them with the code it was blinking, the make and model of furnace and it was fixed. We had no heat and so they came out the same day. Polite and efficient!!!! 5 stars !!!

I was very impressed by the quick response, from the call for service to the time of completion. I am also thankful for the tech that came out and gave some information to help us avoid the issue we had in the future. Regardless of if it was so early in the season or not, I would recommend Van Diest Heating and Air. I plan on asking for more services they provide.

When I called, Lacey was very helpful. Since we are located outside the usual service area, she took my information and spoke to her supervisor, to see if they could service our air conditioner ceiling vents. She got back to us very quickly.

Josiah and Wes showed up on time and were very professional. They wore booties over their shoes as not to track on my floors. They took a tour of the rooms and went right to work. There was alittle hic-up getting into our attic (where our AC is located) but they were resourceful and made it work.

They wasted no time and explained each step as they went. They explained the package options and explained what would work for our system so we did not pay for services that they did not preform. They swept our floors and made sure everything was left like it was before they came.

They showed us the giant container, which had our dust and depris. We received our invoice plus the before and after pictures via email.

We would 100% recommend Air Comfort for their professionalism, honesty, and preformance.

The young man that came was very polite. He was thorough and explained everything in detail for me. I would definitely call Air Comfort again

It is always a pleasure to have Jonathon come to my home and perform the semi-annual maintenance. He is very polite and professional and carefully explains what he does and how the equipment is working, and what equipment and services are available to keep everything running well.

Great Service tech. Great people in company. Had new unit put in last year. They make sure it’s maintained all time. Great communication between office and employees. Service is always wonderful. They know there job. Not like some other company had it checked said it was fine not working well. Go with Total comfort 😀

Ian was exceptionally professional, helpful, and friendly. He was on time, explained what he was doing, and went right to work . After service, he asked if I had any questions about the service performed.
I will use them again for future needs.

I do Not recommend this company unless you keep a really close Eye on them! I went with them because Chris seemed likable but soon found out he is just a con artist, they did a complete rush job and everything looked horrible and had to totally redo the whole thing, and it's still messed up! Pictures, and videos available upon request. Chris did mention about a Rebate when submitting his estimate, It was obviously a Con artist scam tactic to help win the bid. I Am pleased with the equipment that Daikin produces, which anyone can install.This review is based SOLELY on the installation and customer service I received from this company. Very poor! Consumers beware!!

These guys are great. They installed a new AC/Heating system in my attic that services the upper level of my house. Although the install time was underbid by 1.5 days as they ran into some space requirement issues because of truss rafters being in the way, they took the extra time to modify and support a truss to get everything to fit. Not to mention working in a small attic like mine is not a fun place to be. Through the whole process they were very professional about the extra time needed or ever request an additional payment for the extra labor needed. Russ and James were the techs that did the install and I would highly recommend them. Great work guys!

Gabe is awesome. He worked until he got my heater fixed and I appreciate his efforts so much !! He did in fact get it working and now we have a warm house again !!

Jonathan came out to do maintenance on our AC/Heat unit and it did need some TLC so we're glad he came out to look it over. He was thorough and graciously included what he fixed in the invoice as my husband was sleeping and my ability to relay what was fixed isn't always super great. We have an older unit so being a member of Air Comfort is definitely a bonus!!

They did a great job at getting our heating system installed. Very professional and got the job done quickly. Got a text beforehand with a small bio and picture of the service guys that showed up which I thought was a great idea for security.

He’s the BEST! He helped out on a Saturday and was genuinely happy to do it. We’d call Josiah again in a minute.

We love Air Comfort! They are so knowledgeable! They’re put in our new HVAC and it is awesome! They come out twice a year to inspect it and always keep things ready to go. Jonathan has helped us the past couple times and we have been very pleased with the work and upkeep of our system. Highly recommend!
