Absolutely outraged at the job that was done on our house yesterday.
I called to make an appointment for a move out clean. I was specifically asked if I wanted the inside of the fridge cleaned. Yes. Inside of the oven. Yes. Other than window cleaning, I said yes to everything offered. A team came on Monday, saw we still had some boxes in the living room, and said they'd come back Thursday so they could better clean. After convincing my husband it was a better idea for us not to be there, we agreed. Turns out not only can the team not do this, but they have no openings on Thursday. They'll come Friday. This is 6 days after we've told our landlord we'd be out, and he's now charging us more money for being there, thanks to this company. I was told they'd be at our house between 1 and 2. I've driven 45 minutes to meet them. I sat and waited. No one came until 3:45. At this point I can't sit in the empty house and wait for them to finish and I have to drive home to get dinner for my kids. I leave and let them know I'll come back when I can. I didn't make it back before they left. It appears that they didn't clean the kitchen. We've taken pictures and my husband is there now cleaning it himself. The cabinets were not cleaned at all, the floor was not cleaned, the inside of the fridge and stove were not cleaned and neither were the baseboards that I asked to have wet cleaned. $425 we were charged after being told $395, and we have to clean after? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I urge you to pay attention to the negative reviews, unlike what I did. There are better cleaning companies in Lincoln. Don't take the risk. -

We have been very pleased with our experience with Cleaning Ninjas. They are responsive to our special requests and have come back to redo something or catch something they may have missed. I appreciate that they know what good customer service is and treat their clients well.

My husband "won" the gift award for Valentine's Day a couple of years ago when he scheduled a twice/monthly cleaning with the Ninja service. It is still one of my favorite gifts, and it keep on giving in the best way possible. Due to a nasty allergy to common dust that triggers my asthma symptoms, I can only clean in long sleeves and with a mask. Even then, my exposed face will itch, and I have to shower directly afterwards. Since employing the Ninja service, my health has improved as well as the look of my house.
The Ninjas are a "can't live without it" part of my life. Thanks, Ninjas!
