We called and left several messages last August 2021 regarding tree trimming. No one has ever bothered to call us back until now, almost 9 months later. The guy that finally called today was giving excuses, but there's no excuse for not calling and we ended up going through someone else.

My husband and I live in an apartment and we have a cat that eats house plants so the only reason we stopped here was because of the Nebraska Passport program. But I fell in love with this place!!! Both the inside and outside are amazing places and the selection of beautiful plants is amazing. I want to sit in their little outdoor spot and read books everyday. The women working there were so nice and they even gave us water and a sticker!!

Two days before I was to leave on vacation for Grand Canyon for a two-week stretch, my mower broke down. I called a couple services and he was the first to call back (one day later). I told him my situation and he agreed to come by. Two weeks later, I come home to a yard that still hasn't been mowed. If he had reached out to me to let me know he was too busy, I'd be fine with that. If he had reached out to let me know he had a family emergency or absolutely any good excuse under the sun, I'd be fine with that. When you tell someone you're going to do something, do it. Not now though because I bought a new mower and did it myself 20 days after he called me back.
