I was very pleased with the service I received from Andy’s. The service techs were polite and friendly and worked efficiently. I will highly recommend Andy’s to my family and friends for their furnace and air conditioning needs.

I told the person in my initial call exactly what was happening with our whirlpool washing machine and I told her it might be a warranty repair. At no point did she tell me that Andy’s doesn’t do whirlpool warranty repairs. The repair person who was very nice, polite and helpful told us it would likely be a whirlpool warranty repair and said we should reach out to one of their authorized repair partners. Which we did and other than paying Andy’s $150 to confirm what I had already suggested, the repair was free. I felt ripped off and will never call Andy’s again.
