Backlund Plumbing

Our company uses Backlund Pluming for all of our construction projects as well as our personal home. They ALWAYS do excellent work...the FIRST time. Best customer service, best prices, best quality of work. They never disappoint us or our clients.

Alex G did a great job for us today. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Fixed the leak in our shut off valve for our ice maker. Fee was very reasonable also. And on top of all that, we got same-day service.

I called was able to have someone come out the same day, and then he was able to come earlier than expected I was called and asked if this would be alright with me.The man that came to attempt to unclog my drain, was cordial, attempted several different ways to unclog the kitchen drain and he deserves 5 stars for his efforts. Unfortunately during these attempts the main pipe broke. I asked if he knew how much replacing the pipe might cost. He gave me a rough estimate of what he thought it might cost. He texted the supervisor to ask him to come and give estimate. This is where Backlund loses 2 stars- Unfortunately, the supervisor was very busy and from what I understood would call me later that day. I received no call that day, the next day I waited until noon for this call. I didn't receive a call so I called the office and explained that, during the plumbing work the pipe was broken and could I have some one come give an estimate on cost to replace this pipe, the lady on the phone took the information and said, "would give this to Cory ( i believe)" I didn't receive a call back so the next day I called again. this time in the morning...Again I was told that she would remind Cory of my request for estimate. All day Wednesday I waited for this call. At that time it seemed to me that Backlund didn't want my business. I called another plumbing company Wednesday afternoon, appointment set for the next day in the morning, estimate sent to me that same day, set up for work to start on Monday. My main pipe has been removed and a new one in its place. And a week later I have still not received a call from Backlund. The other plumbing company will now be my company of choice.
