Paul and Justin have done a number of projects for us over the years, including installing a hot water heater, roughing in a bathroom in the basement and installing the fixtures, fixing water shutoffs and installing faucets, repairing a leaking shower. We're always satisfied with their fairly priced work, and their love for dogs is a great bonus. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Paul and his team are great people to have on your side. They are kind, friendly and professional. We have been using them for almost 10 years and they have always gone above and beyond for us. It also is a huge perk for us that they are a family owned and run business. Recommend them to all our friends and family.

I can't say enough about the customer service and the skilled work. So I have now made Paul and his team my only call if I need a plumber. Setting up the appointment is painless as the staff is super knowledgeable. I have suggested them to many coworkers already. Fair and very upfront! Very friendly and clean! Team has been responsive and detail oriented prior, during, and upon completion of work. I had a water heater replacement, followed by a sump pump replacement. Scheduled an appointment for a sink and garbage disposal install, the initial setup was easy and price quoted was accurate. Several notifications are sent to ensure communication. Install went smooth and the assigned plumber Grant was also very knowledgeable. He recommended other parts like most service companies do but did not push it upon my decline which is appreciated. Lastly, one of the parts was defective and started to leak later that evening and Grant came back that same day to replace said part, which was extremely helpful in being able to use the kitchen sink again. I would recommend and will use this company again.

This the second time we have worked with Paul The Plumber. Justin is super efficient, ensures everything thing is cleaned up and most importantly functioning. Replaced washer hot/cold bibs and sprinkler drain valve in 30 minutes at very fair price. Couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend!

I had excellent service from Paul the Plumber Company and I highly recommend them. I called on them to install shower fixtures. Grant came to my home and was very good about informing of what the install would entail and what costs would be. He was very respectful, friendly and wasn't even bothered by my dogs! In fact he loves dogs. I will call Paul the Plumber again for future projects.
