We had over 2 inches of water in our basement and they came quickly to rescue us! They got rid of the water, dried our carpets and monitored the drywall. Because of their quick response we did not loose any carpet, pad, or drywall. Chuck and his guys were great to work with.

My name is Aaron and I live in Council Bluffs with my wife and three kids. While I was deployed our sewer collapsed and the basement received a back up of black and grey water. I called Servpro and they came out and for the estimate and the very next day cleaned the areas of concern. I wasn't there, but my wife was and could not have cleaned the area without them. They moved the laundry machines, shelving and everything that could be moved to make sure no residual contaminants could pollute our spaces. Prompt, professional, and compassionate. ServPro did an excellent job when our basement had water damage. They were professional, quick to respond, and got rid of the mold. All the workers that came were polite and never seemed to tire as they worked carrying out flooring and drywall. We couldn't have asked for better help in our time of need. Now we just hope we won't have another 100 year flood.

I made the call to my insurance adjuster, he called Servpro and Rod called me with in a few hours. I haven't experienced such compassion and commitment to a project for many years. Road and his team deserve all the kudos. Not only were they great as people but the job they did was with care for our property and our timeframes for work. Will always call them.

We were very very happy with the service from SERVPRo. The two gentleman were very polite, explaining everything they were doing. Cleaned up the insulation and ceiling and wallboard they had to remove They we're the best during our time of shock, fear and all our worries about the damage we had. Great service! When we had water damage in the basement, they couldn’t have been more helpful, thorough and concerned about the restoration. A family member had health issues and Andy couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. Rod took care of things as if it was his own home, always explained what he was doing, and called before he came. Chuck was terrific on guiding me to next steps. These guys are the best!

We had a toilet in the main bathroom upstairs that the connection from the wall to the tank failed.
Water was spewing everywhere . Flooded the bathroom floor and then came through the ceiling in the dining area….quite a mess. We called Serv Pro. They were here in less than an hour…. Set up dehumidifiers and fans… ended up having to drill holes in the ceiling; remove the bathroom tile .
The employees were very professional. They kept us informed as to what the plan was going forward. We would use them again without a doubt.

I strongly recommend SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest. They were very responsive and efficiently removed water from the basement. Their entire team (especially Andy, Matt, and Jacob) were very professional and worked efficiently. They were willing to do whatever it took to complete the job and provide us the necessary details to determine the best approach with the mold we discovered in the home.

We are extremely happy with the experience we had with ServPro. From our first interaction with Andy who came out to do our inspection. He took the time to explain what we were dealing with and explained the different options we had in remediating our mold problem. Andy was extremely professional, polite and put me at ease given the situation we were facing.

The crew that came out to clean the mold and kill the mold were friendly, professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. When they left they made sure that everything was cleaned up and took care not to spread the mold or affected insulation.

Over Memorial Day weekend, a squirrel fell down our vent stack causing toilets, showers, and tubs to back up. "Water" made its way into several rooms including the basement. After calling, SERVPRO NW arrived promptly and got to work moving items, disinfecting, cleaning, removing flooring, making flood-cuts, and drying out the affected areas. Noah and Dakota arrived first, with several other team members stopping by during the week. We were very pleased with the crew and the mitigation effort, and we were quickly able to move into restoration.

My husband and I experienced water damage after our kitchen sink leaked and water damaged both the kitchen and the basement below. SERVPRO was able to come to assess and clean up the very same day we called. The workers were very professional and took care of the entire situation. We would highly recommend using this company if you ever have issues with water related damage!

A few days before Christmas, a pipe broke and flooded the basement. Servpro was the first phone call I made and they arrived within 1 hour. The staff is always friendly and kind. They make sure that you are aware of everything that is going on and what the next steps will be. They are also great about recommending companies for services that are needed and that they do not provide. I would recommend Servpro to anyone. They are fantastic and are a pleasure to work with.

They responded quickly to our call for an estimate when we had water in the basement. Once we decided on them they came out and started working about an hour later. They came 3 days in a row, were always on time, did a great job getting all the water out and removing all our wet carpet, pad and baseboards. We would definitely use them again!
