Ceasar and his partner installed my TV’s in a quick and professional fashion , and finished the install in an hour, and fairly priced, talk about Over the Top these guys went way over the Top with the work they did, I would Highly recommend and wil use Ceasar and his crew for future Tv installs.

I’ve used Cesar’s services to mount and demount my TV’s 3 times now and he’s the best in Nevada at what he does. Got all 3 of my appointments I scheduled with him done in under 25-30 mins each time, and they came out perfect always. He’s very responsive and always works around your schedule to make sure the job gets done on your time. Look no further, schedule with Cesar ASAP. Will for sure be back for his services a 4th, 5th and even 6th time when I need it.

I will definitely call Over the Top Mounts again. They were running a little late and sent me a text to let me know which I really appreciated. We had 3 tvs mounted with wires hiding and electrical moved. Caesar and his partner worked fast and the job was clean and perfect for what we asked for.

Caesar was absolutely incredible. We had 4 tvs to mount, one was 85 inches. He mounted all 4 of them easily by himself, was friendly, professional, and very reasonable pricing compared to the competition. He came up with solutions for problems we encountered with stripped screws and also helped with electrical problems. Would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend

This experience was seamless start to finish. Cesar is very communicative and professional before he even arrives at your home… I had a long job with 5 TV mounts including moving electrical as well as an electric fireplace mount. Cesar was knowledgeable and worked fast without sacrificing quality. I also feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with placement and aesthetics which I appreciated. I have had so many TVs mounted in the last several years and this experience was among the best. Cesar is reliable, efficient, competitively priced and a true pro. I called to get three outlets in different rooms moved up and two TVs mounted. Caesar arrived at 10:30am and finished around 12pm. Single Women & People With Disabilities BE WARE!!!

I’ve hired Caesar for the last three years.

Initially, when you talk to him he presents himself as a very professional technician who does really good work; however, the last few times that I’ve hired him and once he’s actually in my home doing the work, his demeanor has been poor!

Whenever you have any questions about the placement of your mounts, or anything, he becomes extremely rude and argumentative.

He makes you feel like you’re “just a number or box” that he has to check off on his list.

Or even stupid if you ask clarifying questions about where the middle of your TV will end up after you choose the place for it to be mounted.

As a single women, I rely on the technicians that I hire to be the experts; presenting solutions and ideas to assist me in making good decisions about the work I’m paying them to do in my home.

It’s like he’s in such a hurry to get to the next job that when you have questions or want to try another option for the way your TV will be mounted, he becomes very impatient, speaks to you in a very demeaning tone, and just rude.

He even threatens you that he will charge extra if he simply has to move the mount 2-3 inches over or whatever (without the TV on it) like he’s hoping you’ll just settle for whatever.

I was extremely disappointed in the experience he provided.

I knew I could find much cheaper prices for mounting services, but felt it would be easier if I just continued to go with someone that had previously done work for me.

There is never an excuse to mistreat anyone especially people with disabilities.

For me, I have a brain injury.

The next time it could be someone else.

I sincerely doubt that he would have treated me this way had I had a male in my home.

I pray that my review causes Caesar to really think about what it means to be kind and provide great customer service if he intends on servicing others.

And although he apologized via text AFTER he left my home,(photo shown), I felt it was disingenuous & just his way of trying to ensure that I didn’t post a review.

Cesar and Jose came over same day. They were quick to respond and very professional. They mounted two TVs in under an hour. Super fast and ensured safety for my family by making sure everything was hung correctly and would not move off the wall. They even vacuumed and cleaned up after they mounted everything.

Recently moved to Vegas and needed my tv's mounted. Contacted several vendors including Over the Top Mounts. They were the best value, super responsive, & quick (came the following day). In addition, the technician went above and beyond for us. We were missing two HDMI cables and he was able to provide them at a good price. He advised us in placements of the TVs and worked around our furniture. Couldn't say anything better about them! I'd you're thinking of getting your TVs mounted do it with them!
