Salvador gave me a very good service cleaning our fireplace and also did some repairs. And also gave me sound advice. Very accomodating. The pricing is reasonable. I will definitely call him again.

Salvador did a great job today. I tried call around to schedule a professional company to check my fireplace. The earliest I could be scheduled was 2 weeks away. Salvador has availability on Thursday or Friday. I told him please come to do my work ASAP if he has any availability before Thursday. Today(Monday)He ended up his jobs around, and call me he can do today. I am really appreciate. He took out the part, explained what he found andCLEANED my fireplace. Very professional work!I highly recommend!

Have total praise for Salvador and his crew. They repaired brick wear and tear issues, fixed the chimney, and brick base around the house. Workmanship is top notch!
The cost was fair and we will be using him again for other projects.

I called the number attached to Yelp several weeks ago to make an appointment, and I was directed to text another number to schedule the appointment which I did.

I called the day prior to confirm the appointment. The appointment was not scheduled at all. Whoever answered was pretty unprofessional saying that he would try to squeeze me in for tomorrow but said bluntly “everybody is trying to get their fireplaces going,” implying they were too busy or over booked.

If you want business, this is one way not to get business.

We had an excellent experience. Salvador was prompt, courteous, and experienced.

Call this company for your Gas Fireplace needs. The other “highly rated” companies in town either won’t call you back or schedule you for a month later. They came over in less than 24 hours and did an awesome job!

Salvador is a great guy. He went right to work and determined the problem. It turned out to be not a big an issue as we had thought. He cleaned the fireplace and offered some advice and future options. You can count on us calling him in the future!

From my first phone call to this company, I was made to feel valued. Service Tech Salvador and his two assistants came into my home and did a fabulous job cleaning and explaining what they were working on inside of my pellet stove. They cleaned the chimney, vacuumed the fly ash, leveled my stove, tightened the various rattles. My stove is purring and so am I. They were knowledgeable, professional and thorough. This is the company you want to service your pellet stove!

I too cannot say enough about Salvador. My gas fireplace pilot went out in the last windstorm and I could not get it to re-light. I called 4 separate fireplace service companies in Reno and everyone said they could not see me for 2 weeks or longer. I then called ACS. Salvador answered on the first ring, said he was at a job but he could come by right after. He showed up a couple of hours later, diagnosed the problem, completely cleaned and serviced the fireplace and was done in an hour. This was the most pleasant experience with a service person I have had since moving to Reno a year ago. He is friendly, knowledgeable and just a joy to be around. Choose ACS and you will not be disappointed and maybe delighted! We now get to enjoy the warmth and glow of our fireplace the entire winter!

Salvador provided a reasonable estimate with a detailed description of the work that was to be done. The work was completed exactly as described, and the quality is excellent! Salvador and his team repaired two chimneys and thoroughly cleaned our pellet stove. We couldn't be more satisfied. We will continue to use all chimney solutions for yearly maintenance on our chimneys.

I own and operate a real estate/property management company and have used All Chimney Solutions for a few years now. Salvador has maintained several of our fireplaces at our vacation rentals and just helped us with a last min fireplace inspection and clean for a current sale.
