Had set a time to start at 3pm 10/18 and they never showed, got called after saying they couldn't make it and to reschedule, had to take a day off work for that, huge bummer. Rescheduled for 10/22, told they me be in after 8, they show up at 7:45 and because I'm not there they leave and say they might squeeze me in later in the day. I get that electrical companies are busy but this is absolutely terrible communication. They're in demand and just don't care. At $185/hr I think better communication isn't to much to ask. I will never been using KD Electric services ever.

Damon was great! Thanks to him he headed off us having a major issue in our kitchen. We will use no one but KD in the future. Highly recommended.
