In going to feed my neighbor's cat, I discovered a burst bathroom pipe and significant flooding. It was incredibly stressful, and I felt absolutely helpless. 24 Hour Flood Pros answered my call right away, dispatched a team immediately, and kept in communication. They didn't charge to come out after hours to turn off the water, had all the tools and equipment necessary, and handled the emergency situation competently and professionally. I couldn't have been more relieved to have them come.

The team from 24 hour flood pros just finished a huge water damage project on my home. The ceiling over my living room and bedroom burst open and water flooded everything. Apparently, the leak had been building up for a while because once the guys from 24 hour flood pros removed the rest of the ceiling there was black mold everywhere. They immediately took care of removing the mold and then began the process of cleaning up the mess. If you are lucky enough to get Percy and Omar as your team you can rest easy. They take care of everything. They never even let me take down a curtain! They handled it all. They were courteous and respectful in addition to being genuinely kind and caring. They cleaned up their mess each day and always checked to see if I needed anything before they left.

The icing on the cake was Johnathan! He took care of dealing with my insurance company right from the start. Just listening to him talk with my insurance adjuster about what needed to be done I knew I could never have done it. He took all the stress off of my shoulders and just handled it.

We had a flooded crawl space and sump pumps which were not working. Matthew’s company was professional & quick to respond. He explained everything so I was able understand. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue with the pump which is more than I can say for the vendor that the home warranty company sent out. They protected the floor and cleaned up after themselves. And he didn’t gouge us for the price which was a plus! We highly recommend them & appreciate their work.
