Everyone at the company from their Office Manager, Owners and Installation crew were beyond amazing. They were there when they said they would be, got right to it and my new furnace is up and running great. They also fixed a few other little things too :). Great custom design and install of a complex 7 zone two condenser mini split system in an older home with a non standard layout. Very responsive and reliable company and people. Went above and beyond to make it work and ensure satisfaction.

Skywalker HVAC has been incredible to work with. I can’t thank Ryan, Jace, Owen, and of course Debbie enough for everything they’ve done for us. This is the second time we’ve used them previously, they installed a minisplit in our basement, and after getting several quotes, they were by far the most affordable and the easiest company to work with.
Most recently, our furnace broke during a snowstorm on one of the coldest weeks we’ve had this fall. They came out right away to help. When the issue came down to one of two possible causes, they were completely honest with us and made it right. During that time, they even hand-delivered portable heaters to keep us warm until everything was fixed.

Ryan, Tom and crew did an amazing job installing a new mini split heat system, a heat pump water heater and an ERV on one of my job sites. They also took great care to properly seal all penetrations which was particularly important to me as I am a passive house certified builder and it can be difficult to find HVAC installers who understand the importance of proper air sealing. I will definitely use them again.

Skywalker installed a whole-house mini split heat pump system (2 condensers, 8 indoor units) for us this spring. I had 7 quotes for the same project and the pricing spread between different contractors was almost $40K (the difference between most and least expensive). Ryan (from Skywalker) came out as one of my last quotes - in the lower middle end of that range. Immediately, I had a feeling he'd be doing the job. First off, he (and the whole team) are friendly, easy to talk with, interested in solving problems, and seem to really enjoy the challenge of these jobs. He listened to different options that I had picked up with other quotes and was very honest with me as to what he recommended. He worked to switch around some of the mini split configuration later on in the quote process and it worked out so well. Secondly, he carefully measured out the house, did a heat load calculation, and SENT IT TO ME (no one else had done this and sent it). Beware of people who just come in and eyeball everything. His work meant that the total capacity of the system he recommended was actually quite a bit lower than some other contractors who did not do this measurement - one contractor recommended a system 1.5T larger. Third, they were super flexible with timing and installation. The actual installation process took 2 extra days due mostly to extra difficulty in our home but the team was unfazed. They were meticulous with running the linesets (slim-ducting) outside and worked to match the angles on our home (like following the roofline) and reviewed it all with me every time a change may be needed. Another HVAC contractor installing mini splits down the street saw ours as Skywalker was working on it and admitted to my neighbor that it was really well done. The condensers were attractively installed with consideration for appearance and on nice bases (pictured). The Skywalker crew is small but they were amazing and I wish I could have them back to do other projects for me. I think it's key that the person who comes and quotes for you (Ryan in our case) is really smart about this stuff, an owner of the company, and on the installation team. The only subcontractor was the electrician who did a great job. They were respectful of the house, kept things very clean, were excellent with my dog. I asked Ryan to take extra precautions drilling a hole in our kitchen to avoid debris and he went above and beyond covering things to protect our kitchen area - it was incredible. The office worked with us to get our Massave rebate successfully. We had one question about the operation of one of the units and Ryan was back here to take a peek within a day or two and everything is working great. Can't say enough about this team!

We had a mini split system installed and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. Installation was clean, organized, and thoughtfully done — they paid attention to details instead of rushing through the job.

They took the time to answer questions, explained the system clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The finished installation looks great and performs even better. You can tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction.

We found ourselves uneducated and with our hands tied when our dinosaur Geo Thermal unit went down. With electric bills through the roof and us not knowing anything about this type of system, Bill came to our home and spent hours educating my husband and father. He was so patient and did not try and sell us what we did not need. The new unit came and was installed by his team. These gentlemen are exactly that. An amazing crew and very down to earth. They were a pleasure to have around. The area was left clean and we had a direct line to call with any problems. These guys went above and beyond making sure our shallow well was working and coming at the drop of a hat in the late hours of the night. I would recommend this company to anyone for anything. I love what they did for us and the time they spent with us. Thank you Bill and Crew for everything.

After establishing a significant issue with my Geo system and being considerably out of warranty. After weighing all our options my wife and I decided to to replace our system. We went with a Water Furnace 3 ton model thru Wenzel H&AC. They took care of all the details from finding and filing incentives, 0 interest financing explaining all our options and setting up the install. Everything went off without a hitch. This team are true Pro's from the Office staff to Sales and Service and field installers. Their experience in Geothermal is unmatched. Family business with long term seasoned employees. It was a pleasure working with all of them. We couldn't have been happier.

This is our 2nd Service/ Cleaning/ Maintenance we've had done since our purchase from the same young man Mr. Callahan and could not be happier. Gets right to work explains what he's doing and is very informative. Cleans up after himself and makes sure everything is working correctly before packing up. Asks and answers any questions you may have before leaving. Polite, courteous, professional and just a very detailed young man. Nice to see that kind of work ethic. The final results were great but the process getting there required multiple visits and tests. I still had to pay for the unsuccessful visits. I WAS WRONG!! He did not charge me for the 1st 2 visits. The 3rd and 4th visits completely fixed the geothermal HVAC system. They did a great job. Thank you el.

To further this review, now that the work is done, They were great. The work is neat and professional, and the space is all cleaned up. The two men who came were personable and friendly. They also were good at explaining the whole installation process and then how the unit works. We had a "problematical" installation because of the landscape and orientation of the house, and they were easy to work with to find a way to get the loops into the house that worked for everyone. Absolutely nothing to complain about. It is a very well run operation.

Patrick was courteous and very thorough with troubleshooting my geothermal system. Got my system running and pointed out some parts of the system that could be improved. Matt was amazing in that he called me back on a Saturday to talk through the issue I was having and then followed up with another call on Sunday to give me an update as to when a technician would be at my house. That’s unheard of these days! Will definitely work with them again!

Great Company. They responded fast when we had an issue with our geothermal and were able to get our system fixed before the cold weather came.

We had an issue with our heating and I called Ferris Plumbing and HVAC and they helped us out. From the first call to completion. So nice, came right on time, walked me through that few steps and cleaned the system and we have heat! So very nice clean (even put on those bootie covers before entering the house) so nice and so polite. Trevor and his team were absolutely amazing!!! Super respectful and very personable when we had questions. Also, their price was incredibly fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them over any other company here in the southern NH area.

Jonah was great in braving the weather and getting to us to restore the heat and hot water in our house. He was so polite and explained what was going on as he fixed our boiler. So thankful to him and Ferris for answering the call when we were in need and look forward to having the back here to maintain our boiler and fix future issues with our heating system. Called 1st thing this morning at 7am and by 1:30pm my 8.5 year old hot water tank was replaced. Both Trevor and Pablo did an amazing job and were extremely polite and communicated with us throughout the entire process.
