I made the mistake of contracting Hampoian to design and install an HVAC in my new home. Everything looked great, what do I know right? Well I am now 8 years in and I can say that I have discovered what a poor job was done. No wires labeled, colors used on wires are inconsistent across thermostats and dampers, some equipment (heat recovery ventilator) completely not wired in, ducts that whistle, nothing documented and if you remove the panels to see the lockout boards it is a rats nest of wires in the way to even see the indicator lights. It is no wonder every time I have called them for service they are reluctant to respond, take forever to figure out what is wrong, and always have vague answers. It is my fault for having contracted a fundamentally dishonest contractor and then sticking with them before getting a second opinion. It is in your best interest to seek HVAC help elsewhere.

I contacted this company about adding heat to my mudroom and basement. They were really quick and energetic at first. They told me they could come out right away to take a look at the space and give me a quote. I was surprised since it was midsummer and I know they're busy with AC work so I thought this was great! I thought it was perfect. They came out on 7/30 and took a look at the space. It all seemed to go well and they left with telling me I'd have a quote in 24-48 hours. Then a week goes by and no response. I thought strange but okay it's the middle of summer and I'm looking to add heat. So I figured they were pretty busy. After a week of not hearing from them I called to check in on the status of our quote. They said they were busy which I suspected and I completely understand and would send it as soon as they could. I called them again this past Monday just to get a status update on the quote. They didn't answer so I left a voicemail. No response back. So I called again on Tuesday wasn't able to get through so I left another voicemail. I still have not heard from them to this day. They came out on 7/30 and it's now 8/23 so almost a full month. I haven't heard from them in three weeks. Highly disappointed since they were so eager at first. I'm pretty sure they've forgotten about us at this point.

Glenn and his team are true professionals and treat every customer as family. He's always there if you need him and provide quality products and services. I highly recommend him.

Always have had great service from LeBlanc, over many, many years. However, just had to give a special shout out to Justin in Electrical, who helped me out with an emergency after hours-- no power to the house even with the generator running. Turned out to be just the breaker at the generator itself was off... simple fix he walked me thru on the phone, so no visit necessary. Saved the day for me, though! Really appreciate the help and the quick, courteous response.

Eric came out to give us a second opinion on our furnace and did a fantastic job. Another heating company quoted us $12,000 for a full replacement and told us the machine needed to be scrapped. Eric looked at it, diagnosed it, and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes (previous company was here all day). AJ Leblanc has consistently done great work at a reasonable price and we'll start going to them first when we have any repair or other issues.

I recently had my boiler replaced due to the fact that it was over 20 years old. I got three quotes and AJ Leblanc was extremely competitive with the other bids. Since they have done most of the work at my home, both Plumbing and Electric, I chose them. I am grateful that I did, a young man Jimmy York spent two days installing my new boiler and on the second day he stayed until 930pm. Making sure we had heat and Hot water. He went above and beyond, he was polite and reassuring and said “ I’m not leaving until the job is complete”. I greatly appreciate his dedication, and because of him and the rest of the team at AJ‘s I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing or electric need you may have. The team at AJ Leblanc did a great job with our heat pump installation. They were knowledgeable and offered creative solutions that worked well with our retrofit. The installation team was reliable and communicated well and left a clean work site. Very happy with the results and would definitely use them again

This afternoon Mike and Eddie arrived for my scheduled appointment to swap out my hot water heater. They were very considerate of my home and worked quickly to get the job done right. They even took the time to walk me through the new hot water heater and answered all my questions! They both were both a great representation of this company! I have been a customer of AJ Leblanc’s for many many years for everything plumbing and heating related and today was another example of why I stick with them!
