Just had a new professional range installed and has having temperature issues with both ovens. Called Alpine Appliance Repair and had one of the best and easiest service experiences! Owner Barry Woodman was great! He was quick to respond to my call, offered to do research because my range is a new brand, and came to the rescue in less than 24 hours. He completed the initial problem and addressed another issue with effective advice. He was top notch: professional, thorough, and efficient! He came to my house in a timely manner. Explained the fridge was making a noise had been shut off for awhile he turned on waited for sometime however the noise didn't happen. Told me to call him if it came back and he would try to stop by again later if I called. Zack was very personable nice and accommodating. Would recommend him and use him again if the sound does come back.

They were super nice. I called on Friday, I was able to get a Monday visit, and they came first thing on Monday. They worked super quickly and told me everything they were doing. My dryer is old and needed all sorts of things and now it's working perfectly.

This is a small business. Zach, who does the repair work, is outstanding. You'll have to leave him a message, but he'll respond quickly, come on site soon, diagnose your problem, provide a temporary workaround if appropriate, order the new parts if he doesn't have them, and fix whatever needs fixing ASAP. Best repair service I've ever dealt with.

They came to check our refrigerator, which was having several problems. He checked everything and gave us an estimate for the parts and service to fix it. He was honest by stating it would be cheaper to get a new fridge instead! Quick response and friendly. Very happy with the service.

Zach was great. He came out as promised and methodically checked out our gas cooktop. We had orange tinged flames. He was able to confirm the gas lines were good and the appliance was fine. That only left air quality in the house. While he couldn’t fix that, he gave us several suggestions. Eventually, we figured out that our portable humidifier was messing up the air quality. Turning that off and clearing the air fixed our issue.

Zach did let us know during the initial call that air quality might be a factor and he gave us several issues to check first. All in all, I have to say Zach knew his stuff and was very helpful. My only constructive feedback is that I wish he were more available on a quicker schedule, but he is clearly in demand!!
