Very deceptive, gave me an estimate and we agree on a price. Without informing me he delivered took out some of the work we agree on. when I inquired about the omitted work he requested more money. I do not recommend this dishonest individual to anybody, not even my enemies.

We have been very pleased with the service and work done by Ron! We have used him for scheduled maintenence for our furnace and a emergency with our pressure tank.

I have been a customer of Ron for a few years. He is very professional, on time, and reasonably priced. He honest and up front about the best course of action. He’s been able to fit in emergency work quickly where other companies don’t have time for new customers.

Ron was able to come out the day before a blizzard after I called seven other HVAC companies with no one able to assist. My circulator pump had gone on my boiler and one of my pipes had burst. He installed ball valves on my system for two of my lines because they are better quality and have a longer life span and less likelihood of leaking. He talked this out with me first and discussed my options of getting to the burst pipe. He put down a tarp and cleaned up after himself. He was very kind and considerate during a very stressful situation. The prices were fair and the bill was itemized, I highly recommend this professional and will use him again in the future.

Professional and reasonable! I called for a quote on running a new line set and compressor for my central air...in 3 days I had a quote, and the 2 days later he was at my house installing it! It was up and running less than a week after calling for a quote! He was very honest and offered an education on the system, how it works, and what we could do to make it more efficient! Highly recommended to anyone who want honesty, fairness, and prompt service!

I have known and used Ron for a couple of years now. He is always on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He squeezed me in on short notice when my furnace stopped working in January which I really appreciate. He also saved me money by testing and troubleshooting things instead of just replacing it. Highly recommend him.

Ron Lemire was the perfect fit for what we wanted with our heating system replacement. He had the system we wanted, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and installed it the way it should be installed. Oh - the price was the best out of the several quotes we requested. The work was done quickly, quietly and professionally - We're now 6 months in with our new system and the monthly savings are consistent from what we were using last year at this same time. We could not be happier with Lemire Plumbing and will continue to use Ron for yearly service and cleaning of our boiler!

I have had PACE for multiple HVAC issues. (HVAC was originally installed years ago by a different company.) PACE has resolved both a/c and heat/furnace problems and has always responded quickly to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company and the service/s they provide.

I want to thank John for a great job with the replacement of our tranquillity geo thermal HVAC system. John is the most knowledgeable tech I have ever delt with when it comes to Geothermal. John was great to work with had a competitive price and was there when promised and completed the job for the agreeded upon price no surprises. All valves ductwork and controllers were replaced better than the original install. I have had compliments from other vendors on the quality of work on the installation.

We own several commercial office buildings and have used Jon a vast majority of the time because he knows his stuff and can diagnose and repair equipment quickly and professionally. Great service tech for units 1 ton up to 30 ton and above and other ventilation systems as well. Glad we bought those buildings and found Jon in the process. Tenants routinely ask for him by name when issues arise.

John was fantastic !! I have never used him before but I like to look local and he was located the town over from mine . My whole house AC stopped working . I could go into many details but I’ll stick to the facts . I contacted John who of course is super busy this time of year in this heat . Even though he could not come out to look because he had so much work he walked me through somethings to try which I did . We then made contact several times after that as he checked in and gave me more advise . He then texted me the next day to see how everything was going . John was spot on with his assessment over the phone and my problem was resolved ! You do not find people like this anymore . He knew he wasn’t going to be able to help me because he was so booked yet he took the time out to walk me threw what to try and then at least 3 or 4 times made contact with me to see how everything was going all while knowing he wasn’t making any money or charging me . This is old school and just a fantastic and reputable person . He knows his business and he is not all about money and what he can get from people . The world needs more people like him and it would be a better place . I would highly recommend him ! I know he must be booked up like crazy because that’s what happens when you have a top notch business ! Thank you John for your help I truly appreciate it !

Jon is top notch guy and I could not be happier with my choice in working with him. Jon was able to get my current system up and running, while other companies that came to service the unit said there was no way to fix the unit. I ended up ordering a brand new unit through Jon and he came and installed it yesterday. Everything is working perfectly and Jon was great before, during and after the install. He kept me updated and informed on everything. I would highly recommend Jon and PACE Cooling and Heating to anyone in needed of HVAC service.

First time using patriot didn't go well. The issue was diagnosing the problem because it was intermittent. But in the end patriot fixed the problem and made it right. Since then the have installed a new gas furnace for my son and a new oil furnace for my neighbor. There price is fair, they come when they say, and the installation is quick and professional. great bunch of guys to work with.

They came out in a timely manner was incredibly professional went through what the problem was and their approach on fixing it. I asked if I needed a new furnace and they said no . What a great company Total honesty.

Last year I had my wells McClain gas boiler
yearly Serviced, upon that inspection , they checked on my water tank. which was old and he recommend me to maybe think about getting a new hot water tank, It was starting to go.. I Knew it was getting old and
taking long to get hot water, they Came back in a few weeks and put in a new new hot water tank. I am giving them a call this year, for yearly service on my gas boiler very reliable and great knowledge company
