Rachel quickly answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following day to look at our refrigerator that wasn't as cool as it should be. In the morning, the Doctors called to say they were on the way, as promised. They performed a thorough diagnosis and provided a written quote for the job, with a time estimate to acquire the needed replacement part. (It was snowing, and they put on booties to keep the kitchen floor clean.)

2 days later, they called first thing in the morning to pick a time in the afternoon to complete the repair, replacement part in hand. Again - they called to say they were en route. Once onsite, they disassembled the components necessary, and found an additional problem. We agreed to move forward with a small additional charge for the time required. The appliance we reassembled, wiped down clean and set back in place.

The repair was completed and the fridge is working like new.

I absolutely love this company! From Rachel as the Admin. answering calls and responding to emails (she's EXTREMELY prompt and reliable) to the wonderful and top quality service I have received from Mishka and Danny, you can't beat this company for any appliance repair. They are reliable and affordable and a pleasure to deal with, I've used them 3 times now and have not been disappointed!

I got their information at Facebook marketplace. I texted the number and I got a response in less than 5 minutes. I needed a dishwasher and he gave me an awesome deal. What a guy, nice gentleman.

Paid over $1000 to replace the main controller board for our mini-fridge. 6 months later, the fridge was broken again. They came again (charged us $125) to tell us that the controller board was broken (again), and refused to repair it even though the manufacturer offers a one year warranty on parts. Would not recommend if looking someone who will stand behind his work.

I had a great experience with Appliance Doctors, NH with a Viking range. Their online work order request is very intuitive. I was contacted promptly, and scheduling was very reasonable. Not only that, they had ALL the parts on-hand to perform the repairs same day as the initial inspection!! Mich was incredibly prepared, personable, and efficient. The range was up in running within an hour or so. 5 stars!

Our washer was possessed! Making weird noises in the middle of the night! Danny of Appliance Doctors was able to come within days! The diagnostics pointed to needing a new motor control. There were some follow up issues - a broken part was sent as the replacement, then another part needed replacing, but Danny kept coming back to get it done.
