Very poor quality of work. The plowing they did was an absolute joke! They take no pride in doing mowing and landscaping. We regret hiring them. I give them a big F.

We have been using TM&M Services for many years for all season exterior services and have found them to be excellent. They are professional, timely, responsible and offer quality for the value. We would highly recommend them.

I called this business mid April to get a lawn mowing quote, received quote a few days later, accepted it and was told would schedule work the coming week, then never heard back, no return call, text or email when asked what day. Still no response . Wasted two weeks on this business had to then contact a different one who is responsive . I do not recommend.

Called when he said he would, came when he said, and was honest! Took one look, recommended someone else and didn't charge us! Even when I offered...

He came right over and fixed the problem with my furnace. Rymes couldn't figure it out even after 3 visits! He was very reasonable and polite!

We used Wheeler for a couple of years to close our cabin, but this year he hasn't responded to phone calls at all, and his voicemail is full. Is he still in business?

Used him once, fixed a pipe that started leaking again shortly after being “fixed”. Attempted to contact him numerous times by leaving voice mail messages and texts, never responded.

Poor customer service and quality of work is seriously lacking!

Had a bad service from another company causing exhaust and CO to come into the house. I called Wheeler and had a service at 7 PM on Saturday so I could have heat back in my house. Service was fantastic and thorough. Will call Wheeler from now on for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Bought a house, a month later, lost the well. I don't think there are many worse feelings than losing your water supply and I had no idea how well systems worked. New house, new town, new state and no clue about wells. I picked Plummer as a local business and they answered the phone on a Sunday morning when I called.

John and his son were fantastic to work with. The job wound up being a whole mess with re-drilling, fracking, pump and pressure system replacement (the house is over 30yrs old with original equipment). John basically general contracted the whole mess for me, walked me through all that was going on, what the choices were and just plain got the job done.

There's nothing good about well problems and having someone you can trust to make the right recommendations and get the work done is key and John certainly delivered for me. I highly recommend them.

My mom asked for a quote to run a line for an AC. The owner showed up 2 hours late (no call) and then wanted to do a bunch of extra work and honesty he's more interested in solar. Save your time and go somewhere else.

We just went through a crazy house move, and Phil was very patient and flexible about the scheduling and went above and beyond expectations answering any and all questions. Neal responded quickly to my call, while others in the area either didn’t pick up their phones and/or didn’t return my calls. Scheduled a visit for the following day and continued to follow up throughout the day. Was quick and efficient in fixing cut line. Kind, professional, great work, and reasonable prices. So glad to support this veteran!

Phil returned my call quickly and scheduled the job right away. They were prompt, did a good job changing some lights for ceiling fans and cleaned up after. I’m very happy with Neal Electric.

Top notch! I called Phil to come out and look at an on-going electrical problem. He was able to quickly detect that the electric panel had completely corroded. We were able to schedule a follow-up visit for him to install a new panel the same week. He was very informative and responsive throughout the whole process.
