We had our boiler replaced by Advanced Quality Air last fall and the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, efficient, and helped us choose an energy efficient model perfect for our home. When it came time to build our new home on Lake Winnipesaukee we didn’t hesitate to rehire them. They’ve been incredibly knowledgeable offering expert advice for heating a lakeside home.

We had Advance Qualify Air install ductwork in our basement along with an added zone, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly take great pride in their work. The job was done quickly, the quality is outstanding, and they left the space spotless when they were done. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. It’s not easy to find companies that check all the boxes, but this team absolutely did. Highly recommend Advance Qualify Air for any HVAC needs!

Paid for “clean” install of central air unit in 2021. There are still unrepaired saw marks on my ceiling from the install. He also left a bunch of extra vents and other parts in our garage for weeks after saying they would be there for only a day or two. Rozay had also offered to install an easy extension on our boiler vent but ghosted repeatedly saying the part wasn’t in, then he had an eye issue, then Covid, then a chihuahua died (not joking), and so on until it was clear it wasn’t happening. He also did not get proper permitting initially despite multiple requests. He said he didn’t want our “tax evaluation” to increase. He had to get a different electrician to sign the permit than the one who did the work. Since then, the evaporator coil on the unit had broken twice because he chooses cheap units to install. The drain pan is almost always full of water because it was installed poorly with no gravity to aid it drain. Do give this company any business!!!!

This unit had been serviced every year, just not by this hack. Several technicians from several companies have all remarked on the poor quality of the install.

It was brought to his immediate attention to fix the cosmetic damage but he wanted to wait until the phantom part came in. Another company did the extension within an hour with standard, widely available equipment.

You are being misleading in the permitting. The electrician who eventually signed off on the work after forcing you to pay him to get it to code even told us he would never work with you again. The initial work by the other electrician was not up to code. We were only able to FORCE you to get into code by withholding the second half of payment.

The flood of the reviews after mine from his friends and family should be taken with a grain of salt. Don’t let his initial nice attitude and words fool you, he’s going to try to go in and out as fast as possible to make a quick buck doing the bare minimum.

Today we were plagued with a complete failure of our 15+Yr old Goodman furnace. I highly and vehemently recommend this HVAC company; they were EXCEPTIONAL- start to finish.

Jolt Electric and HVAC (Eric Gibbons) was EXTREMELY fast to call me back, meet up and he jumped in with a sense of urgency by calling suppliers right on the spot to identify what inventory was available. We had immediate and well-informed options along with a highly seasoned team of professionals to call into action. I didn't feel the knee-jerk reaction rush to get our heat back on with whatever same options we had existing.

Eric was extremely consultative, he helped create a pause in my racing mind and his expertise was thoughtful as we helped us evaluate the options like single and two stage systems and better filter set up for our family home. Rates were market competitive.

Once I said: "OK, Lets move forward with this option:
He disappeared for moment to assemble his team. In what seemed like only a short amount of time, I had his team of experts onsite working in unison with each other. Just as I was starting to feel the real cold come about, our new system was being fired up along with cleaning up like they were never ever here, broom sweep.

A+ and 10/10, would hire again and will absolutely recommend to everyone in need. This experience overall was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL.

Highly recommend Jolt - Eric and his guys will save you in a pinch, prioritize something you need done and make happen something you want done. They’ve earned our repeat business for sure.

We recently had our furnace replaced, and our entire furnace room redesigned by Jolt, and we couldn’t be happier. They were responsive to all our communications, answering calls and questions promptly and professionally. Their estimate was fair, and stayed within our budget without sacrificing quality.

The team who came out to do the work was fantastic, too. They arrived promptly when they said they would, answered all my questions, were clean and quiet and efficient, and didn’t leave a mess in their wake, in spite of how big and intensive the job was.

I’m very thankful for Erik and his team coming out minutes after I called them to help with a leak we were having! They were very supportive and got the job done in no time!

Highly recommend for any service needed. We had our furnace go down around 7 o’clock at night, they had a service team at the house the following morning who diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, and had heat up and running within a few hours. Jolt Electric could not have been more accommodating. They had a cancellation and called me to perform a preventative maintenance on my AC unit. I neglected my unit so it needed some cleaning and attention. They did a great job and educated me along the way! Would highly recommend their services!!!

My family has used JOLT for years and they have always been top notch. They work hard to get to you as quick as possible and they think about your situation to diagnose problems and don't just replace parts. They are very competent. The service folks explain everything and talk over options with you. They are very good at what they do.
