BEST Septic Service is my "go to" company for basic septic service, pumping, etc., and they have a variety of other services available should you need them. Most recently, when I had my septic tank routinely pumped, I was able to call and easily schedule an appointment that accommodated my schedule. They arrived punctually, took care of business without incident and informed me if there was any issues I should be concerned with. I questioned them about a "Riser" to go over my "Inspection - Pumping" plate and was given a very reasonable price for them to install one, or the the price for just the parts with instructions, should I wish to do the work myself. I was not pressured in any way to purchase one or hire them to do the work. I opted to purchase the parts from them, and very simply installed it myself with their directions. When I went to the company location in Loudon to pick up the parts, I met the owner "Paul" and the office staff, who were very friendly and made you feel like family or a friend rather than just a customer. The owner even took time in his busy day to show me around the property and his operation. There are other Septic Services out there, but I have used BEST for a while now, and found them to be professional, friendly, accommodating, with competitive pricing and I would definitely recommend them!

All aspects of service from office to field. Staff was great, Driver definitely knew what he was doing left the tank perfect! Did more than what was asked for! Screwed filter back into place and our covers down! Wonderful company to go through. Will be going through them again in 2 years.

Moved homes in October, did not use Best Septic at old home but old homeowners had a great relationship. Easy to see why; they had best price, were timely, professional, and able to answer all questions. Paul is a great tech that clearly has knowledge and is able to put septics in perspective.

Dan is wonderful to work with! He is very professional and responsive. Does all his due diligence for the job start to end, goes the extra mile to make sure he provides the owner with a top notch product and protects all his work and the owners fixtures! Daniel Garcia did a Fantastic job replacing our hot water tank. We were in desperate need of a new tank and Daniel was able to come out and assess the issue the same day. Explained what we needed, walked us through the process and completed the project on time. Appreciated Daniel was able to fit us in his busy schedule 5 days before Christmas. Definitely recommend his services and company.

Dan was awesome from start to finish! He accessed the problem quickly and got the job done in the time he said he would and for the price he quoted. Dan's the man and I would not use a different plumber in the future. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Dan repiped our entire house, replacing all the cast iron with PVC. He did a phenomenal job. He is responsive and on time, friendly and willing to work in multiple phases if necessary. He is up front and honest with reasonable pricing. We lucked out when we found Dan and will continue to use him for any plumbing needs.

We needed 2 handicap toilets installed in our house. I did some research and decided to call the local plumber who had several great reviews. I request a quote and he gave a fair and reasonable estimate. He schedule was full but offer to fit us in on a Saturday. He was very organized and got the job done within 3 hours. He noticed I had cleaned the old and voiced his appreciation since he was suited up with 3 sets of rubber gloves expecting the worse. He allowed me time to throughly clean under the removed toilets before installing the new and before putting the tanks on let me paint the walls behind to save the back breaking task of going around them. As he was headed to the dump to dispose of the old he offered to take our household trash with him. Who does that in today’s world. Dan is very personable and whistled while he worked instead of the usual sputtering under you breath I’ve heard from other contractors. I will recommend Dan to my friends and family and if I need a plumber in the future I will definitely call Dan the man.

Dan did a great job completing my plumbing project (added a full bath to the basement). His communication was absolutely top notch. He was reasonably priced, always on time and the workmanship was terrific. I would jump at opportunity to work with Dan again.

Dan was great to work with. He was fair in price and very conscientious of making everything look neat and clean. He was in communication consistently, and showed up on time ready to work. His work was neat and he picked up after himself. He worked around our needs to make sure it was a seamless transition. He re-ran pipes correctly and removed an old water heater for us.
