Would not recommend! Very difficult to get a hold of. Took 3 months to arrange to get someone to do a warranty repair job. Requested a breakdown of their estimate multiple times before the job and they were VERY resistant to give it. That’s because they ended up charging $1000 for 2hrs of work and to pick up/drop off a part. If you have to use them, I recommend requiring a price breakdown of parts, labor etc before hiring them. Contacted other local companies who also thought what they charged us was significantly overpriced.

Chad and his team at Hayes really knows their stuff. Very friendly, fair and they are my goto for any HVAC. Recommended by a neighbor and now I know why!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Hayes Heating and Air was. Our a/c unit stopped working in the middle of the night. I called six different companies on a Friday who couldn't come out for several days (not ideal in these 90+ days)! Hayes called me back and had a tech (Jason who was amazing) come out that afternoon. I would recommend giving them a call for all of your heating and a/c needs.

Twice this year, the furnace stopped heating my home. Hayes was able to come shake down the problem same-day on both occasions. Very pleasant people to work with, and very reasonable rates for the work they did. They are happy to explain what's going on, recommend fixes and adjustments to avoid future problems, and will always be my first call for all future HVAC work.

I cannot say enough great things about this company , I had an unfortunate situation with a builder and their HVAC person, I reached out to Hayes. Jessica is absolutely amazing . Very polite , extremely nice and responsive , Jason was my tech, due to his findings and his work I will now only work with Hayes heating , Jason as awesome , again VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE . And did a great job! Thank you Hayes for Everything !

Moved into a mobile home in September. Wanted to change out the tub for a walk in shower, put in a new toilet, a farmers sink, & a new faucet in the kitchen. When Matt pulled out the old tub, he discovered that the drain was not connected where it was supposed to be under the trailer. He went above & beyond to help me out. He went under the trailer & discovered that the water was draining into the belly band. He punctured it & 40 or 50 gallons of water just poured out. He called the company for me to dry out underneath the trailer. Matt was extremely professional, has a great personality & bent over backwards to help me out.
Jesse installed the sink, the faucet & a garbage disposal. These two individuals make the best team. Both of them have got the best personalities, & explain everything that they're doing. I highly recommend them. Whoever uses Sanford & gets these two gentlemen will not be disappointed.

First time working with Sanford. Had a technician come out to assess a generator gas line and was impressed with how thorough and helpful the visit was. Zachary S. not only took the time to walk me through the related systems, but also checked the other appliances onsite, such as relighting the pilot on the fireplace and tracking down a tripped GFCI that turned out to be the issue with the stove hood. Overall it was a thoughtful, well handled, and low pressure experience. Would recommend

I recently had an issue with my heating system during some of the coldest days of the year and I was grateful for the prompt and professional service provided from Derek. Derek arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem efficiently and had my heat back up and running in no time. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable HVAC service!

Vary Disappointed in Sanford Temperature Control. Earlier this year when temps were quite cold, our radiant heating system was having issues heating the house. I scheduled an appointment with Sanford for them to come out and take a look at the system, only for the plumber to take 5 mins looking at the system to say "ice blockage, nothing we can do", and charged me $120. Sure enough during the recent warm up, things still didn't work. I called Al Terry Plumbing and Heating, and instead of immediately determining the issue, they actually took time to diagnose that it was a faulty mixing valve! Sanford didn't take the time to treat our situation like if it was one of their own properties, and left us in the cold. "No one else understands radiant heat" the plumber said confidently. If your going to charge customers $120 just to come out to their homes, the least you can do is take time to diagnose the problem properly. Perhaps Sanford's knowledge base / experience is poor, resulting in a quick assessment of what they thought the issue was. Either way, vary disappointed in Sanford's services, and would recommend to other clients to shop around before scheduling.

My experience with Sanford control was everything I could ask for. Everything was explained thoroughly. All workers were professional and knowledgeable. They treated me and my home with complete respect. I was always updated with scheduling . They made a rather complex job run like clockwork. I needed this work done. I can't recommend their good work enough. The Card family runs a professional operation and really has given personal attention to my concerns. I've used their company for system maintenance over the years, and just this spring had them completely replace my home HVAC system (including new furnaces, electric heat pumps, ERV, and whole-home dehumidifier). They also reworked & improved the ductwork in my basement, installed new ductwork, and replaced some bathroom fans. Mike came out and did a Manual J load calculation before redesigning & resizing my system and presenting me an estimate. I trust their attention to detail and their workmanship, and they stay until the job is done and done right!

I had a very positive experience with Card HVAC, who installed a Mitsubishi Mini Split Heat Pump system in my home. This is a small, family-owned business, you you get top-rate service. I initially contacted Card via email while I was looking for estimates. Out of 5 local companies I sent inquiries to, only Card and Home Depot contacted me. Mike , the owner at Card, gave me a quick estimate based on my description and a photo of the install site. Home Depot came out soon afterwards, and ended up being $2K more for the same job. I scheduled with Card, and they quickly got me on the install schedule. They were right on time on the install day. Mike and his crew were excellent and professional, and I got a very quick install, all in all about 7 hours or so. I highly recommend Card Heating and Cooling!

This is family owned business and they were amazing! My furnace was ruined due to a flooded basement and they went over and above to make sure my family had heat in a safe and professional way with a Saturday installation no less. I have had them come before for a previous service too and have always found them to be honest, fairly priced, professional, and very courteous. I highly recommend.

This company was recommended to me and, after getting a couple of quotes, i ended up going with them. They were FANTASTIC. Phone service first class, Mike and the install team first class, knowledgeable and straight talking. I had a couple of questions after the install, and both times they came out that day to answer them - so helpful. You really can't get better service. So rare in this day and age. You won't be disappointed

After getting multiple quotes to replace our failing system, we decided to go with the Card Family. Mike showed us what our options were and gave us an honest opinion if its worth the money. Months later after the install, our system shut down in the middle of the night (at no fault of Card Heating and Cooling). Mike drove to our house at 1 am with heaters and fixed the issue in minutes. Fast forward about a year, our thermostat was having issues (manufacturer problem). They came out within an hour on a holiday weekend and fixed the issue. If your looking for a family business that really cares about their customers, Card Heating & Cooling is it! Would give them more stars if I could. 10/10 Recommended!!!
