Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Described what I was looking for and they knew exactly what it was right off the bat and had it in stock. Was able to pick up the part and got HVAC system back up and running so my three week old son didn't freeze in the house.

Brought in an old inducer fan from an old Amana furnace that I couldn't get the model off of. They were extremely helpful and they were able to get the new part number and even had it in stock. Great price and was back with heat in no time.

If you are looking for a great company to install your tank less water heater and to service your furnace, this is your company!! Efficient, cost effective and super clean!! All my questions have been answered and any concerns answered right away! Not ever having a filter system or tank less warer heater I had lots of questions and Mike was able to walk me through it so my mind was at ease!!! Thanks to him, I never run out of hot water!!!

Where do I start, Mike and Mason are the absolute best, they check all the boxes....communicative, respectful, responsive, neat, thoughtful, clever. I have an older house in the north end (nothing is easy) and they have done some major jobs such as adding whole house AC and a complete new heating system. The thoughtfulness and care they take with the installation is off the charts, everything is neat and labeled (see the pic, it is a work of art). And the install is done with an appreciation that it will need to be maintained so they add extra shut off valves etc, to make it easy to repair in the future.

It doesn't there, their care continues, they watch over my system as if it were their own, and jump on any issues. They are always there and extremely dependable, sometimes I feel like I have my own personal HVAC team.

Not only do I feel very fortunate to have the services of Mike and Mason, my house feels very fortunate too, it is always happy to see Mike and Mason show up.

Honest and Fair Pricing!I highly recommend Dane Heating! Mike and his son, Mason, arrived right on time and were incredibly professional. Instead of pushing for expensive, unnecessary repairs, they quickly diagnosed that my AC was just one pound low on refrigerant and had a very dirty coil. They washed the coils thoroughly and topped off the system. The AC is now running perfectly and cooling the house down. It’s hard to find an honest HVAC company that won't overcharge you—I will absolutely use them again!

Just outstanding. Had an emergency issue. Jonathan and Justin were fantastic. Diagnosing, options given and then hot water heater replaced. Extremely professional and pleasant to talk through. Gave me advice for maintaining equipment and stayed until they were comfortable all was safe. Highly recommend Joyce and all of their staff with whom I communicated.

Great experience with Joyce Cooling & Heating from start to finish. Jason came by and gave us a detailed estimate and answered every question. He told us exactly what we needed for our house. He explained the pricing and also the rebates. Once we gave the OK, the installation team was here shortly after and they did the install in 3 days.The installation team led by Brendon F.,Seamus C & Andres C did a great job.Very professional and respectful and they cleaned up thoroughly after! We recently had a heat pump installed and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Brendon, Andres, and Seamus did a fantastic job. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail, from showing up on time and finishing the job early—they made sure the outdoor unit was perfectly leveled and took the time to program the thermostat to the exact set points and configuration we needed.
They were professional, efficient, and left our home spotless when they were finished. It’s rare to find a crew that combines technical expertise with such respect for a customer's home. Highly recommended!

This is the best HVAC Company to deal with in the entire State of NH. My wife and I lost heat the day after Thanksgiving with a 2 year old and 6 month old. We called numerous people without having any luck for help and then we finally called Joyce who was able to work us into their schedule for an emergency appointment. The technician came out and deemed our boiler was broken. He did say he could fix it the damaged boiler but the repairs may only last a couple years and we really needed a new boiler. We were initially told there was a 2 week wait for install so we started calling around to other places and every other company was in the same boat, some even longer waits. We then called Joyce back and they were able to shuffle their schedule around and the 2 week wait was shortened to only 3 days. They came out yesterday and completed the job today. From start to finish everyone at the company was professional including our initial contact with Jesse and then the install crew with Dylan B and his entire team. I can not thank this company enough for going above and beyond when a family was truely in a crisis. We also got a second quote just to compare the current quote we got from Joyce and I can tell you that Joyce was thousands and thousands of dollars cheaper than their direct competitor so not only did we get the best service in the State of NH but we also got the best price. My family will only use Joyce going forward for the rest of our lives and we are going to make sure all of our friends and family use them as well. Thank you again Joyce for saving our family!
