The repair man/owner is professional taking time to let you know what the diagnosis is for the problem and has been able to fix the issue in the same visit! We received great service from this company. Dylan knows what he is doing. Just serviced our fridge in record time , and 6 months ago he fixed our dishwasher. I highly recommend him.

It would be great if he actually listened to the customer. Since he has told frigidaire that he was here april 17th and fixed my stove. No one was here on the 17th, my stove still shuts off on its own while in the middle of cooking, and he has only ever been here twice. Grand total of maybe 20 minutes each time. First time is was “only cast iron works on induction stoves” which is a lie. The second time he contacted the service department and would “call back within a couple days”. Oh we got a call back, the following week being told “i wont do another service call until there is proof with a cast iron pan”.
What royally irritates me is that frigidaire just told us that he was supposedly here on april 17th and did a repair, but he did not. So he lied to both us and the company.

Dylan was very professional. He arrived at the timeframe he scheduled us for. The issue with the refrigerator has been resolved to our complete satisfaction. If we need help in the future, we will not hesitate to reach out to him.
