I needed prompt service as I had no heat during a cold snap. I told Charlie I needed a new furnace installed asap and he made sure it was done the day.

I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in on Wednesday. They arrived on time, were pleasant, efficient, and clearly explained the problem with our A/C system. I will absolutely call them again.

Very easy to work with and the staff was extremely professional. They replaced a freon based AC/heating unit utilizing today’s improved technology. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Marshall Mechanical.

Charley came out promptly when we asked, spec'd the project, gave us a quote quickly and the work was scheduled within 10 days. Guys onsite for the project did a great job, moved vents just as needed and actually made the return air duct vastly quieter. Excellent work all around. Many thanks.

Charlie Marshall and his team were responsible for the installation of many HVAC systems 5+ years ago for a builder that owned the rights to a cul-de-sac community in southern New Hampshire. I happen to be one of those homes. Charlie and his team installed a high efficiency HVAC system in an uninsulated attic which should never have passed inspection being that those systems require double ventilation or an insulated attic. I have been unable to find a reputable company to service this unit in all those years because of parts that were used that have been recalled or the fact that the system does not meet compliance. I have called Charlie Marshall on his personal cell phone many times over the years and have not received a phone call to discuss this matter.

Therefore, I find this review to be extremely appropriate to give buyers a buyer. Beware of what you are purchasing and installing in your home since this individual doesn’t seem to install things to code. This might be a one off, but Charlie had every opportunity to fix the issue and he did not.

Charlie was extremely responsive with our family when our system failed and needed to be replaced with incredible urgency in frigid weather. He was both professional and kind. Highly recommend!

As new homeowners, we have had a lot to learn and Charlie and Joey have been incredibly helpful. They’ve addressed our issues thoroughly and carefully and have answered questions clearly. We’ve also been impressed with how quickly they’ve come out (48 hours at most). Highly recommend!

Charlie and his team really came through for me and my family, Friday night sometime our furnace started tripping the rollout switch after many phone calls I was given the number for Marshall Mechanical , Charlie made a trip over Saturday evening to confirm our fear that it was time for a new furnace.
We were given options and a clear explanation of what we’d be getting and then first thing Monday morning they swapped our unit out .
Very friendly and professional and left zero mess .
I hope to only need their services for routine maintenance now.

I am a local resident who called with a plumbing issue on 3/26/2020 at about 3pm. I left a message detailing my problem and respectfully requested a call back by leaving my contact information over their company voicemail. Of course, I was not given the courtesy of a return phone call either that day or in the days that followed. You sure this company deserves a 5 star rating? I definitely do not think so on the back of this poor performance. Needless to say, they are off my list and lost out on a $500 job. Won’t be contacting them again .

Our furnace stopped running and Mike came to our rescue. He responded quickly and replaced the parts for us. I highly recommend his service. He was professional and explained what he was doing and what might need to be done. 😊

Mike is a great guy. He always takes care of my projects in a professional timely manner. I would recommend him for any plumbing or heating issues you ever have. He has done alot of work for friends of mine as well. Great company.

I previously was in communication with another company for work that apparently needed to be done on my oil tank. Communication with this previous company was not great and after finally having someone come to look at our tank it was stated that a whole bunch of work now had to be redone and they would be getting back to me with a quote. After a week of not hearing anything I finally had to call the company and ask if they had any information for me and was ultimately told that I now needed to find a new company because they were too busy with their “actual clients” to have time set aside for me.

Not in my happiest mindset I ended up calling M&K Plumbing and Heating. I explained my situation and everything that I had been informed. Communication with Mike was excellent and they were at my house the next week, as that was the date I had selected. They were nothing but professional and educated on whatever needed to be done. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for work that needs to be done or even regular maintenance. We will be using them from now on for any work and future basic maintenance needed.
