I've been in customer service for 40+ years and give this company 5 BIG stars!!! Fantastic experience. Extremely professional and consistent. They looked at the trees I wanted removed then made a few recommendations based on the safety of my nice home and family and I went with it. No regrets!! Doug, his son Brian and Jack and Jake were like tree surgeons. Every thing they did was thorough and done perfectly. No jagged edges, no damage to personal property, and cleaned up my yard and street 100%. Took down five 90+ foot trees, all close to my home, without any issues or complications. Every little thing that they said they would do; they did 100%. They communicated with us through the whole transaction; no wondering about: what, who, when and how. I thought the price was good for the quality and experience and the VALUE was OFF THE CHARTS !! Not your typical contractor; so much better. AAA+, 5 STARS. I highly recommend these guys without hesitation !!!!

Doug and Bryan have a great company. They did an amazing job removing 5 trees on short time table.Their crew is well trained work very professional and use the new, well maintained high tech equipment. That equals to a fast, clean, and safe job. They totally exceeded may expectations. I Highly recommend them.

I can’t speak highly enough of Doug and his crew. They gave a prompt and reasonable estimate, they came exactly when they said they would, skillfully maneuvered huge equipment around all of the flower beds on our little flower farm AND power lines with zero damage. They removed seven huge trees, most over 100 feet, in one morning and left our property looking as though they had never been there. Polite, courteous crew who were in and out and did exactly what they promised. Highly recommend Doug’s to anyone needing tree services in the area!

These guys are professional in every sense of the word. Doug was incredibly responsive to my initial request and very prompt when scheduling a free estimate. Doug's crew removed 40+ trees in 1.5 days at a very fair and competitive price. He has state of the art equipment and a very hardworking crew. The operation was methodical and safe, and there was zero damage to the property. They left the yard as clean as when they arrived. If you're near the NH seacoast, these are the guys to call!

Amazing work! Had about 25 large trees cut, some very close to the house, and a dozen stumps ground all in a single day. The crew was setting up when I was leaving for work, and had everything completely cleaned up by the time I got home. Had also order large amounts of firewood from them in the past.
Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Beginning with Doug’s assessment of our concerns, his team professionally executed the removal of several large trees from our property. The smoothness of crane operations, careful tree and ground work, was enjoyable to watch and appreciated. The stump grindings were mulch quality and easy for me to spread. We will not hesitate to call Doug for future tree work or to refer his business!

It's no hyperbole to say that Doug and his team saved our house! We had a cluster of large pines leaning way over the main part of our house in Andover during this December's pre-holiday wind storm, and there was no way they would have lasted the night without crushing our home. Doug was the only one to be able to send a crew out that same afternoon and quickly secure & take down the threatening trees. All of the precision work was done in heavily gusting winds, rain, and the loss of daylight - and the team and equipment were nothing short of perfect. I don't know how they did it! If not for this team, we would have been in a hotel for Christmas (and likely the next month or two) - do not hesitate in using them for any of your tree needs!

Doug responded to my email request for a quote by phone within a few hours, on a Sunday night. He came over the next morning and had our two very large (and dangerous) pine trees removed within the day, and for much less $$ than two other quotes we got.
The work was done expertly with minimal impact on our property. The whole crew was very nice, friendly and amazingly efficient. We'll never use anyone else!

They removed three of our trees from which two were extremely challenging. We had 6 people over to give us an estimate and no one accepted the job. Two of the tree climbers recommended Doug’s tree services. We were very happy with the outcome. They cleaned the yard after work and they were very professional and nice people.

Extremely professional crew finished 19 trees in no time and cleaned the ground like they haven’t ever been there. Reasonable price. Tough to find great professionals like Doug and his crew. Just want to say it’s so hard these days to get someone just to come give an estimate let alone great work done. Doug excelled in both areas. Called me back right away to set up an appointment for a free quote. Gave me what I thought was a very good price for the work needed done (tree & stump removal).

I knew as soon as I met Doug he was the guy to hire! No nonsense type guy and got a great vibe from him off the start so I knew right away he was going to get it done exactly the way I wanted. He actually went above and beyond the word I needed done! And it was all done in a day!

Had Doug’s Tree Service remove four large trees from my yard: three oaks and a maple. Doug and his crew arrived when he said they would, and then they proceeded to amaze me with their skill and diligence. It was a sophisticated operation as well – utilizing equipment that I would have expected only the largest tree services to have at their disposal. And when they were done, there wasn’t a speck of debris in my yard. All this, and they were the lowest bidder. It’s good to feel like I got a bargain. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Doug’s Tree Service to anyone or to call him again myself if I should encounter any more tree issues.

We contracted Doug's Tree service because we had a number of tall trees that were not healthy and need to be removed. Our experience with Doug was five star in every category. They were punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Their work was organized and neat. They had a little tricky power line issue to deal with and they handled it flawlessly. We felt we were in good hands from start to finish. In my opinion, this is how all businesses should function.

I called Doug's Tree Service Monday after a tree fell in my yard. He came out and looked at the situation right away. He was one of four people we called. His quote was in my opinion fair and we decided to have him do the job. Now today his crew shows up like they said and removed all of the tree in a very timely manner. They left my yard and driveway nice and clean. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They did a great job.

I hired Doug’s To take down a giant maple (3 trunks, and over 60 feet tall) that was nestled between my house and my neighbor’s house. There was very little room for error. His arborists removed the tree with surgical precision. Watching them operate their crane was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen. The best thing about Doug’s, is that I got an estimate on Monday, and by Wednesday the tree was down. Fast and super professional.

5 years later Doug's Tree Service returned to take down three more maples that were dying. Their new crane is something to behold. All three trees--all over 50 feet tall--were removed in under three hours. Top notch service.
