We’ve been clients of Granite State for over 13 years, and they have consistently been outstanding. Most recently, we needed to replace our hot water tank on short notice, and they responded immediately by sending John over to assess the situation.

From the start, John was a pleasure to work with—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in explaining everything. He helped us quickly get the order placed and scheduled a technician to handle the installation and clean up our aging water lines.

During the installation, we had an issue on our end with a water shut-off (completely our mistake), which resulted in John and Gabe getting unexpectedly soaked. Despite that, they handled it with total composure, maintained a great attitude, and kept working until the job was done.

Their professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out. We’re incredibly grateful for their dedication and highly recommend Granite State to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service.

I had a pretty nasty plumbing issue late at night. I got a call from Granite State and they dispatched someone late that evening at 10:30. I want to say his name was Julian. He came to my apartment near Pinkerton in Derry and was very polite, very helpful and overall very urgent. On top of that, I accidentally called him today, but hung up immediately. He then made sure to call me back and check up on me to make sure nothing had gone wrong. That is above and beyond service! Thank you very much!

I was stuck in my home and attempting to shovel with a bad wrist and back when a member of the Granite State team stopped and took time out of his day to help with remove the snow with his four wheeler.
