Do not use this company. I had a washer that was broken. I was told it was the control board. I ordered a control board and had it put in. The new control board blew as well. There was evidently a short in the washer. So now I am out the money for the control board and the service visit. They didn't bother to check if there was a short before advising me to get a control board. A lot of money wasted

I rarely post reviews but top notch customer service is worth it - We called South Jersey Appliance for service as our washing machine had recently started smoking in the middle of a cycle! Yikes! Without hesitation, the gentleman that I spoke to offered honest advice over the phone based on the description of the issue and recommended that the most cost-effective option would be to ultimately replace our machine (Very accurate - The machine is 10+ years old and we knew it was approaching the end of its life). He also offered to keep our appointment with no obligation in the event that we wanted to proceed with the repair instead of replacing the machine outright. It's genuinely difficult to find an honest appliance service company with great availability but SJA has it figured out. Don't hesitate to call them! Thanks again for your help!
