We reached out to Home Quest on a recommendation and we could not be happier with the inspector and all the details he provided. Luis came out and was very informative and patient with us as we had questions along the way. We tried not to ask too many while he was inspecting but he was more than willing to answer any if we had it. For a home of about 3200 sq ft, it took about 3 hours to complete the inspection. Luis checked it from head to toe. He covered it all. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a home inspection to give them a call, and also they were the best price out of 3 other home inspection companies we called.

I just had an inspection for my investment property and the experience was amazing. The inspector Luis gave a very detailed report with pictures and recommendations that eventually allowed me to request thousands in credits. They are efficient and very thorough with their work. They are the only people I will go to for any home inspection!

Very professional and thorough. Tested all appliances, water flow, all electrical switches and outlets, HVAC plus more. Inspection report includes use of a drone to view roof which others would charge more or not have an option for. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Buying a house is a big deal. Ensuring that everything is functioning properly is extremely important for me. Angel was highly recommended to me and I am so happy he was. We had a situation on the day of the inspection but once cleared by the sellers he returned with us to inspect that specific area. Angel and the Home Quest team did a great job inspecting our home. They responded quickly to set up the appointments for the oil tank scan and regular home inspection. Angel was able to answer any questions we had while we were on site for the inspection. The report was very thorough and included lots of helpful photos.

The experience was fine and the Inspector was pretty amicable but he missed some water penetration on the ceiling of one my the rooms. I bought the house and I had a family member spot the damage. This was confirmed by a contractor who says I will have to pay for the removal of the solar panels and the patching of this part of the roof.
