Riggs Distler & Company is the only name to trust when it comes to specialized drilling, data communication, and large transformer installations. We have been their honored provider of storage and office solutions for many years now and our partnership with their highly skilled team has been vital to us. Cheryl, Jacob, Mark, Alycia, Brad, Craig, Seth, Tom, Bob, and the rest of the Riggs Distler family are worth their weight in gold!

Riggs distler is a very unprofessional company who works with PECO. They are know for not completing their task properly and not taking ownership for what they caused. Just recently they were ordered to changed the gas meters on my block and put in new gas lines. This process would evolve entering my home to turn of the pipes and change it if needed. Ultimately after a day of changing the meter and pipes I started to smell gas in my basement where they changed the pipe and outside on my porch where they moved it to the sidewalk. So the next day I called the gas company to check for the leak. They confirmed that there was a leak in both places I reported, they begin to tighten the one on the porch that they didn't tighten properly. But didn't take the blame for the leak in my basement. They began to say they it wasn't them and that it wasn't the pipe they touched, but that pip is connected to what they touched yet they turned of my gas still said it wasn't them and then say that they won't turn it back on til it's fixed. How is it my fault when this all happened when they came out and make changes to the gas lines and pipes? It's easy to remove yourself from the problem and not fix the issue, while blaming the property owner who didn't even order the changes in the first place. Now I have to pay for something I didn't cause. I guess a lawyer can only be the one to help me get through this. Don't trust them even the Forman was trying to say he had nothing to do it with. Now I'm left with a gas leak that I didnt cause.

Did a job for them as a private contractor. When it was time to get paid the guy shorted me $1000. He was very rude about it. I even knew all along that he was going to short me just by the rude way he was treating me. I called the office called everybody to try to get paid and nobody would help.

You guys can’t patch a road to save your lives, Springfield road is completely unacceptable, almost every patch you have made is a pothole, if you don’t know how to sufficiently fix the roads, then you have no business opening up the streets, let another company do it. You have been working on the same stretch now for nearly a month, and every time I look outside, there’s about 5 trucks out there and 1 or 2 guys actually working, it’s ridiculous, if I worked like that at my job, I wouldn’t have a job! Have some accountability for your work!

They have been working in front of my house now for 2 days. No mail now for 2 days after your trucks blocked my mailbox. We will see about day 3. Listened to F Bombs get dropped by the workers, left trash behind that I cleaned up after. The street 2 feet away from my curb is destroyed and left with mounds of dirt all over the place. Destroyed my grass, sidewalk, and watched them break up concrete with a sledge hammer on my untouched sidewalk where they laid the broken concrete at.

This company came to North Carolina and restored our power after Hurricane Helene. We weren’t hit hard but we did lose power for a week. Cannot thank them enough ❤️

Another experience on another day: 9/24/25- driver of 5378 cutting people off. Weaving in and out of traffic recklessly in truck.
Original review:
Your driver In truck 5980 driving recklessly and speeding on the turnpike northbound this morning Friday, December 13. Right around exit 8, where I encountered your driver. -

During a trying time in the wake of hurricane Helene, we were without power for 8 days. A miniscule of what the mountains are going through, but still harrowing. Riggs Distler came to the rescue and quickly restored our power after removing a fallen tree. My daughter and I made them lunches in appreciation from our entire little subdivision. Thank you so very much!!
