Roger found not just one, but two busted pipes and also noticed a small leak. He took care of everything quickly and kept in touch with our warranty company the whole time. Roger gave us a flat price for the repairs and stuck to it, which was a huge relief and helped us avoid extra stress. He finished the job in just a few hours, made sure there were no more plumbing issues, and even cleaned up after himself, especially after needing to open up the walls. He explained every step before he started, so we always knew what was happening. We will definitely call this plumbing company again if we need help in the future! The service was honest and professional, and we are very thankful for Roger’s hard work. Highly recommend for anyone in the City of Orange area needing a great plumber!

  would have been a 5-star review if the plumbing service had been booked sooner when i first asked in december. The crew replaced my leaking water heater today after it started leaking into the home over the weekend, and the technicians roger and derek were excellent. It was a tough plumbing install in a tight utility closet on the 3rd floor of a townhome in City of Orange, and they finished the job in about 1.5 hours. They were very careful with the wood floors, carpet, and walls while moving the old and new tanks through the house. roger took time to answer all of my detailed questions in a simple and helpful way, and he also suggested practical solutions for a few other plumbing concerns without slowing down the work. derek stayed focused, worked neatly, and made sure everything was connected properly and running well before they left. The whole replacement was handled professionally, and the new water heater is working great with strong hot water and no issues. i appreciated how organized, respectful, and efficient the plumbers were, especially with such a cramped space and a stressful leak situation. The scheduling and follow-through could have happened faster, but the actual service, workmanship, and care for the home were top notch. Overall, i am very happy with the plumbing work and the way the team got everything taken care of.

  Our issue began with a blocked laundry drain and ultimately culminated in a new sewer lining all the way to the street. We chose to work with Orange Central Supply, a truly professional team. We collaborated with Derek, who was involved in the project from inception to completion. Derek is an absolute pleasure to work with; he's knowledgeable, efficient, and although his services might be considered costly, they're entirely worth the investment. We've had issues with this since buying the house and have always harbored concerns about the potential need to excavate from our porch to the street, especially with a massive four-story tree in the way. However, modern technology came to our rescue, likely saving us double the amount in terms of time, mess and money. A big thank you to the crew at Orange Central Supply in the City of Orange!

  Our constructor connected us to orange central supply a while back and as time has flown, we've had them revamp our kitchen, bathrooms, and just recently our hot water system. derek dropped in to inspect the issue in the morning and by late afternoon, we were equipped with a new tankless hot water system! i've always been amazed not only by the top-notch work they've performed, but also by the professionalism and courtesy of all the plumbers. i've reached out to them several times for assistance with plumbing requirements and will keep doing so in city of orange!

  One morning, I discovered a leak in my shower. I immediately reached out to Orange Central Supply and the helpful lady on the phone assured me that help would be on its way. Before noon, Derek was at my door. He quickly identified the source of the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. Due to the antiquated nature of my shower system, Derek didn't have the necessary parts on hand, but he reassured me that he would acquire them and return the next morning. True to his word, Marvin showed up early and had the shower repaired within an hour. Throughout the process, their professionalism was commendable. Even though I was at work when the issue was resolved, they kept me updated, explaining what they had done to fix the problem.
