We had a small kitchen fire and the entire house filled with smoke. At first we thought it was something we could clean on our own and quick realized that would not be possible. We contacted a few restoration contractors to get opinions and quickly realized that Ivan at Rainbow knew exactly what to do, how to coordinate with our insurance and did not sound like a salesman! Needless to say it only took them three days to clean everything form the walls to furniture and even our clothing. A very trustworthy team that I was able to leave at my home everyday while I was working. These guys are the real deal, thanks again...

I would not recommend this company for mold inspection. The owner, James, came to my home and only performed a very limited inspection that my landlord paid for. He took a quick tape sample of visible mold but refused to do any air sampling or further investigation. Within 30 seconds he told me it was only surface mold that could be fixed with caulking, then changed his story and said it might be mold but “he can’t see through walls.”

When I pointed out water damage on the ceiling next to the bathroom shower wall, he dismissed it and never checked the attic above or the wall behind the washer and dryer. He also tried to photograph an area that wasn’t even behind the shower. When I later called the company to pay out of pocket for a complete inspection, he refused, saying it was a “conflict of interest.”

Rather than being upfront that additional testing could be done for an extra fee, he downplayed the issues, gave contradictory answers, and was dismissive. In my opinion, this company is not independent or transparent. If you need a thorough, unbiased mold inspection, I suggest going elsewhere.

We had water get into our basement during some very heavy rainfall. After having a few companies come out, I was nervous that we were going to be overcharged and taken advantage of. I then called Rainbow International where I met with the owner, Damon, who was very knowledgeable and professional. Damon was very transparent throughout the whole process which I appreciated. I loved using them so much for the testing and remediation that I hired them again for the work that was needed afterwards to put the space back together as well as some other projects unrelated. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs mold remediation done.

My house and deck were damaged pretty badly by some fallen trees back in July. Jayson and his crew at Rainbow were extremely helpful. They did the initial estimate for the insurance and then completed all the work really fast and professionally. He was extremely thoughtful about communicating when they were going to come through so we were never caught off guard. They were very helpful in updating the insurance estimate as they discovered more damage along the way. Dealing with the insurance was a pain but Jayson and Rainbow International were top notch. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof or deck or general contracting around your house.
