Very poor and frustrating experience on what should have been construction of a small residential garage. Poor project management, absentee GC, and errors that cost time and money. Agreed upon schedule not adhered to whatsoever.
Subcontractors BEWARE You will NOT get paid!!!! ..they will keep promising payment & never pay.....then disappear. They will not answer phone calls. They don't care who they hurt & cannot be trusted.
They're great people and get work done! Well oiled operations.
