If they take this shortcut on the road imagine what they do on your property.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Martin Hulme is irresponsible, immature, rude and disrespectful. He is incapable of keeping his word, and is beyond description when it come to his level of disorganization. He does not answer the phone, and he never returns a call after you leave a message.

I have used Proturf and Marty Hume for over 15 years. They are a fabulous company and highly reliable - They don't need to be pushed, reminded or corrected. They just get it done like clockwork. I have noted that I tend to see the same faces on their crews over a long period of time. Its reassuring.

The owner, Marty, is out of his mind. I contacted him a few years ago for a general landscaping estimate, and he rambled on for so long, not fully making sense, i was dubious about using him. Turns out, he never even showed up! Decided to give him another chance recently, against my gut feeling, and this time he showed. We actually were going to use him for a fairly large project and a long term contract . There was quite a bit of money on the line and we asked for some detailed info before moving forward. Apparently Marty is SO busy and such a "genius" (this word was used lol) that he could not make a phone call or come back and see us. We were just supposed to hand over the money and hope for the best. Needless to say this did NOT happen. These guys are all cut from the same cloth. They make a flashy impression and then fall off the radar when you want to ask a question before dropping serious cash.

Marty is the real deal. He is a landscaping genius. He rambles on while coming up with new ideas and figuring out what the customer wants out of their landscape design.
