I would not recommend Servpro of Blackwood. They are not dependable, not trustworthy and not professional at all. They broke items, created more damage and failed to delivery on multiple promises. I made bad decision going with them.

I had a pipe leak that flooded my first floor. I called Servpro and they had a crew out whithin two hrs. When they finish, my place was dried out and everything that was wet was torn out and clean up.

Great team to come all the way to Dallas to help us! The two did the work of 5 without any complaining, worked late, and were extremely nice, polite, respectful of us & our home and became friends during an otherwise stressful time for my family.

We had a good experience working with everyone we came in contact with in the company. Wayne in particular was especially thorough and responsive. When I was concerned about a lingering issue after they had left, he came back and immediately addressed it, making sure we knew that it was important to him that the job was done right and to our satisfaction.

Servpro responded to my house late in the evening 8pm and did not leave until midnight and was back the next day during the weekend. Very professional and friendly crew. Truly appreciate the work they did to help me not suffer any additional water damage.
