We had a wonderful experience working with Ken. He was quick to respond to our initial call and gave us a clear outline of his pricing and availability. He provided extremely helpful options on ways to upgrade the older parts of our home. He did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Ken of North Crest LLC installed a new service panel in our 109-year-old, two-family home. This required separating and untangling decades of wiring issues, including old gas light pipes. His experience and knowledge mean he was able to handle all the surprises, and fix and update many, many, electrical issues with minimal damage to walls and ceilings.
Ken is a dream; he takes pride in his work, treats you home with care, shows up as agreed, works all day, gives constructive input (even if it means less pay for him), and most important.....he is trustworthy and completed his contracts.

Ken at North Crest is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative. I moved into a house with several electrical issues, so I called Ken with a couple of jobs in mind and asked him to look around to make sure everything was safe as long as he was here. When he started looking, Ken found several dangerous issues with the wiring. Unfortunately, most of the system needed to be rewired to be up to code and safe. Ken took the time to explain the issues to me, and we made a plan together that worked with my budget (prioritizing safety issues first and saving other pieces for later). Ken rearranged his week to get the job done as soon as possible, which was way above-and-beyond. I really appreciate the time he took to walk me through what needed to be done right now while respecting my budget, and after spending a week with him I can say he's a truly top-notch guy and an excellent electrician. You can't put a price on feeling safe in your home, and I trust the work he did for us completely.

Ken installed an attic fan at my residence and did an outstanding job. He explained before starting the job exactly what he was going to do, corrected a problem with the roofing around the opening and showed me what went into the job when completed. He also installed a much-needed attic light, all for a reasonable price. Ken is a professional in every sense and would highly recommend his services.

I had a great experience working with Ken. From my initial request for a quote through completion of the job, Ken was always available via multiple methods of communication. Additionally, he was very quick to visit my house and review the work I was proposing. He provided thoughtful suggestions based on his experience. After we agreed upon the work to be done, Ken was able to schedule the work almost immediately. I added a request on the day of his visit and he was able to accommodate this request in addition to the rest of the work he was doing. The EV charging unit installed outside of the house looks great and the lighting and outlets in the basement are exactly what we needed. Highly recommend working with Ken.

He came over the next day and was very friendly and courteous to prepare an estimate to upgrade our electrical service.
