I used window genie for Christmas lights this year on my new home and they have done a wonderful job. My house looks amazing and ready to ring in the holiday season !! Mary was a delight to speak to on the phone and organized everything was even able to sneak me in before December. And since this is my first time professionally lighting my home for Christmas, after quite the search window genie was the best price around. 10/10 would recommend !

They did a great job. I have a house from 1921. One room with really old windows. They carefully cleaned each and every pane. Gently cleaned the outside of my stained glass window. And the new windows in the house are sparkling. They were great.

Never heard of this company before and had researched a few before calling them. From my first call I felt right about this company. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed but Cathy was very patient and sent me multiple quotes, took multiple calls from me, and was very professional and nice to talk with....and this was only a $500 job!
Then after I scheduled I had concerns with being able to meet the time/day, Mary in the office spoke with me and called a couple times and made it work and then made last call to make sure I was good and tech was in route. And then the technician arrived on time and further explained the security film he was installing on windows and door. He did a great job, cleaned up everything, and reviewed what to do and not do. Told me to reach out to them if there was any problems.
I absolutely recommend this company/office and will book other services with them in the near future.

Last year, Jorge was all alone to do a job that is usually done by two people. He was extremely polite, with a positive attitude and did a fabulous job! I highly recommend him and the company!

This year, Mike and Raphael worked together seamlessly to remove the screens, wash them, clean the dirty window sills and then of course, use their special brushes and hoses to clean the windows. They were extremely professional, friendly and hard-working. Even the dirtiest windows sparkle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Excellent service from Window Genie for my Christmas Lighting installation. This is my second year with the service and I cant say enough about them. From the office staff to the actual installers, everyone is top shelf. Mike was my installer this year and he was awesome. He does excellent work. What an amazing experience! this is a full service company that not only does windows, but does a fantastic job on performing a soft and power wash combination on the siding.
From the start dealing with Cathy and Mary in getting a quote to actually having the crew come to do the work, was seamless. They kept me in the loop and followed up to ensure that everything would be done correctly as well as the time they would show up to work.
Jose and Juan showed up right on time and knew exactly what to do. What a professional operation. They explained what they were going to do and after performing the work on different areas, Jose stopped to ask me how it looked and if everything was being done to my satisfaction.

I recently used your window cleaning service based on the high ratings and positive reviews from customers. While the windows themselves were cleaned, the person who performed the work left dirty streaks around the window frames, resulting in a partially clean window. Unfortunately, I had to re-clean the windows myself to achieve the desired result. I found the price is reasonable and appearance of service truck will draw attention. But I was disappointed with the workmanship in this instance.

Cathy gave me a quote and took my order. She made the scheduling process easy. Mike came to clean the windows. He was very thorough and friendly. He did a great job and the price was better than other companies around. I will be using them again. Highly recommend!
